FedEx gave my package with S22 Ultra to someone else!! Posted: 28 Feb 2022 07:34 PM PST I get a notification at around 5:30 that my package is delayed and to pick it up from FedEx ship center. At around 6:30 I get an email that my package is delivered!. I feel apprehensive already but think that may be since it went to the FedEx Center they marked it as delivered. 7:30pm I go to the Center and my fear is confirmed! They tell me that some one picked it up!!!!. According to the employee they checked the ID and it matched!!! I ask how this can be, they have no answer. They say we will contact our security and they will review the cameras. In the meanwhile there is nothing to do I am so mad right now!! I paid via PayBright so can't even do a credit card dispute! If anyone has been in similar a situation any guidance will be appreciated. Steps I have taken: Called FedEx Customer Support and opened an inquiry (Got an incident number) Submitted an online Police Report regarding fraud under $5000. Got a temporary report number and the email said I should get a case number in around 5 business days. Samsung Support is closed right now and I will be calling them tomorrow. Any ideas if the above 2 will be enough for Samsung to send me another phone? Or if that is not possible how will refund work if I paid with PayBright? I have the serial number and IMEI in my order in account, can Samsung blacklist the phone? I ordered a white 1TB model and now it is out of stock!! What would be the best practices to make my phone's battery life longer? This my first flagship phone and I want it to last longer. At what percentage should I start and stop charging? Posted: 28 Feb 2022 11:06 PM PST Upgraded from my Note 9 with 6 gigs of ram to the ultra 512gb that has 12 gigs of ram. This phone is so smooth. Battery life I can't comment on yet as I haven't had it long enough yet. My Note 9 which I got shortly after launch still had amazing battery life when I retired it today. Camera is great. Still getting used to the slight size difference. I have no complaints. This phone is great and would recommend. [link] [comments] | ||

FYI - The New Duo Wireless Charger with TA Comes With A 25 Watt Super Fast Charger Posted: 28 Feb 2022 01:58 PM PST Though I also ordered the new 45 watt charger with it, I was pleasantly surprised to see the wireless charger come with a 25 watt super fast charger. Thought some of you guys might find that useful. Almost like getting a wireless and a nice wired charger together. As far as wireless charging, It works great, I'm actually measuring similar speeds to the wired 15 watt charger. Very surprised as I thought wireless would be slower even though I know it says it's 15 watt wireless. When I plug the phone straight into the adaptor, I'm getting 25 watt charging. I'm using Accubattery since it has a real time mAh measurement. I'm going to do a mAh comparisons between all 4 charging methods below to see how much each method is pushing in power to the phone in real time and post the results either tonight or tomorrow.

Google photos has an automatic screenshot folder than can be synced separately and not included with your actual camera photos. Posted: 28 Feb 2022 11:39 PM PST Recently on Korean websites, there has been a lot of talks about S22 series phones severely underperforming on games. At first people thought it was due to the games not optimized for the Snapdragon 8 gen1, but it looks like the Game Optimizing Service makes the phone underperform by a lot. Even though the benchmark scores were good, these new phones were not meeting people's expectation in games like CoD, Genshin and etc. When some Korean tech youtubers ran more tests, they found out that benchmarks are not at all affected by GOS whereas most of popular games are severely affected in a negative way. Someone changed the benchmark tool package's name to Genshin and set GOS to run it at max performance, and it resulted the benchmark score to go down almost by 50% Even though this does not affect day to day use, it's probably a good idea to avoid Samsung phones for a while if you're planning to play games on it. OnePlus was criticized for benchmark manipulation when they released OnePlus 9 and I'm honestly surprised that this hasn't caused any backlash yet. [link] [comments] | ||

I used it on the Galaxy Buds Pro, the S-View Case, and the 45W Charger and it said all $250 was used and now on my confirmation email it says the charger and the case weren't on it. Currently on the phone with Samsung Customer service and have been put on hold just to have the call end so I have to call them back. Third times the charm hopefully. Just wanted to see if anyone else had this issue or if I'm extremely unlucky to miss out on $90 worth of free stuff. Separating personal vs work account on one phone (S22 Ultra) Posted: 28 Feb 2022 03:05 PM PST On my S10+ when I open up my phone, I can scroll through my personal apps and on the bottom right of the screen there's a work account. when this is selected I can scroll through only work things. Two accounts on one phone. Recently upgraded to the S22 Ultra and this seems to be a real pain in the behind to set up. I don't see a separate personal / work account, just one (I hope this is making sense). I've tried the following:

This isn't an issue with the shipping, but rather the order itself. It's been about 8 days for me now and the order is still sitting in my Samsung order history saying that they're processing my order. No money has left my bank yet either. Contacted support already and they told me to cancel and reorder for a price match, but with the enhanced trade-in, bundle promo (Watch4+Buds2 bundle that's no longer available which allowed me to basically double dip the discount), and 3 other promo codes I used, I'm concerned that they'll mess it up somewhere and I'll end up having to pay the difference.
