Posted: 07 Feb 2022 02:01 AM PST I'm currently using Redmi Note 10 pro. When I paired to any Bluetooth earbud, speaker and turn on Dolby atoms, the volume constantly goes up and down which irritates me a lot. Can any one have solution for this without disabling Dolby Atmos? Cuz the eq is really good. :-) I'm currently on MIUI 12.5.9 I already tried disabling Absolute Volume and enabling Video Tool Box for Spotify, none of them worked. [link] [comments]

Posted: 06 Feb 2022 07:39 PM PST Recently got a POCO X3 GT that comes with a 67 watt charger. I know of battery depletion caused by fast chargers due to the amount of heat it produces vs a slow charger. But the POCO X3 GT has LiquidCool so it never significantly heats during charging. So, would it be the best to use the 67 watt charger that came with it? And if I am to opt for a slow charger, what brand of charger would you recommend? (I'm afraid I'd be doing more harm to the battery by using chargers that didn't come with the phone) [link] [comments]
Posted: 06 Feb 2022 10:50 PM PST Hi all I recently replaced the side brush to my robo vac, prod code STYTJ01ZHM. After that, it is just not charging at the docking station. It finds the base, but just continuously reverses and tries again. I've tried to move the base, clean the ports and underneath everything. A similar question was posted here 4 years ago, same situ https://www.reddit.com/r/Xiaomi/comments/72ois1/xiaomi_vacuum_not_charging/ Does anyone have any recommendations? This product is about 1 year old now, no previous issues. I doubt my sellers will take the product back after so long. And looking for parts will take some time to deliver. Don't know if its the station or the vac itself [link] [comments]

Xiaomi Mi Wi-Fi Range Extender Pro - Connecting to router Posted: 07 Feb 2022 01:22 AM PST Hi all! Im having an issue with my Xiaomi Mi Wi-Fi Range Extender Pro. I cannot seem to connect to my home wifi. Error states to bring the device closer to the router. Anyone had this issue and/or are there any remedies regarding this? Thanks. [link] [comments]
Difference between Xiaomi AX3200 Global and CN routers? Posted: 06 Feb 2022 09:00 PM PST Hi guys, I'm looking at purchasing some cheap AX3200 routers to set up a quick mesh / AP network at home. I've apparently already bought an official global set (according to the listing) from a HK seller. I'm still waiting for it to arrive. As I'm purchasing further sets to use as nodes, I find that many of these listings do not indicate whether they are global or China sets. How do I tell the difference? Also, if I am able to cross-flash firmware, is there still going to be any sort of hardware difference to cause me a concern? Also, is AX3200 the same as AX6S? There's awfully little information about this online. [link] [comments]
Issues with my 2 year old Xiaomi Note 8 (Help!) Posted: 07 Feb 2022 12:07 AM PST I have bought my phone almoust 2 years ago, both my mom and my sister bought the same phone that day and Im the only one getting this issues. First of all the volume gets stuck all the time, up or down, is very anoying because I cant watch anything because is to loud or there is no sound at all. If I try leveling the volume in the other way a message apears and it closes the app Im in. The buttons arent stuck, they work totally fine and I didnt drop my phone or anything. It is not a virus because I reset the cell phone to factory a few months ago, it did it before and it continues to do so When is stuck I cant take screenshots, the keyboard is buggie, I cant open the camera in any app because it take photos and obviouslys I cant watch anything on it. Other issue that Im having with my phone is that the notifications doesnt work at all (it doesnt have anything to do with the volume thing because it normaly only gets stuck with the multimedia volume). Not only that it don't do the notification sound it doesnt display the notification in the bar AT ALL, I get this issue mostly in apps like Instagram, Whatsapp, messages and calls and Discord. I got people mad because they think Im ignoring them (mostly my mom) and I didnt even had the chance of ignoring them. I tried to take my phone to fix it but the man in the store told me that they dont work with Xiaomi (I live in a little city of Argentina). I wanted to know if it is a known issue and if there it is an easy solution, if I had to fix it in a store probably I have to go to the capital and going there is a real pain for me now. Sorry if there it is all lot of writing mistakes. [link] [comments]
Redmi Note 10S weird sound when unmuting Posted: 06 Feb 2022 08:07 PM PST I bought this phone Mid-January and after a few days, when I unmute my phone there is a weird bell-like sound. I just factory resetted it that night and it was gone. But now (Feb. 07), it came back. I do not know any 'remedy' to fix it and I do not want to reset it again. Please, if you have experienced this, let me know. Thanks! [link] [comments]
Notifications take time with Wi-Fi Posted: 06 Feb 2022 11:52 PM PST Why do notifications sometimes take time or not arrive until I turn on the screen using Wi-Fi? But if I use the mobile connection, the notifications work fine. [link] [comments]

I got a Xiaomi Redmi Note 7. IDK if it's a bug or it's my device, despite my touch screen works perfectly. [link] [comments]

Posted: 06 Feb 2022 10:58 AM PST I installed a family link to my kid's device. After that, I noticed that he is playing without limits (e.g. I set up playtime for 1 hour, he is playing 5). So, after a while, he told me that he is cloning applications through a security app (provided by Xiaomi, as a mandatory app on the device). So the cloned application doesn't respect limits and he can play as many hours as he wwantsant. I hide the security app on the device from the family link so the app is not visible for him anymore. But, today again noticed unlimited playtime. The problem is that after reboot, the security app is available for some time, which is enough for him to create clones. Has anyone faced an issue like this? is there any solution? upd1: probably that he learn somehow how to start the device in safe mode, as right now the phone is stuck at fastboot, with some options to start the device in normal, safe or fastboot mode, ( [link] [comments]
Which Global version do I have? Posted: 06 Feb 2022 03:34 PM PST So I used a rom and experienced a bug that no one else experiences. Every 2 or 3 days my phone would just have issues with internet conncetivity, so I couldnt google anything or so. Sometimes some apps would work but most of them did not. The internet worked perfectly fine though. A reboot fixed everything. So me and my friend wondered if I had even installed the right miui vendor before installation, that could cause the issue. I checked through xioamis authentification and Global is right, but do I have maybe Mi Global instead of EEA(Europe)? as there different versions of the rom https://imgur.com/a/jtQxQ3C . I live in germany and bought my phone from amazon. The package of the box sadly does not give me something clear beside the CE sign. Does that mean I have for sure EEA? I have EEA Miui installed right now and everything works, still buggy and so on but that is just classic miui. Are there any ways to tell where it is from? Any help would be appreciated. Just to be clear EEA is still under tha category of Global and under the category of Global there are different versions. I am thinking if I fall under EEA or Mi. And if there is anyway to show me that. [link] [comments]
Wireless Mi Earbuds won't turn on Posted: 06 Feb 2022 02:14 PM PST I had a problem that they won't charge(the box), that was a bit long ago and today I wanted to bring them to service to fix but I tried one more time to charge them and it started charging there was red light on both earbuds and the box but I couldn't turn them on, there was no light after I took them out. Help? [link] [comments]
Mi11 latest software (EU) constantly rebooting itself and refuses to turn on wifi Posted: 06 Feb 2022 09:20 AM PST Wtf is going on. From today, my phone just suddenly starts to reboot itself several times from nowhere. Scrolling reddit, playing Catan or just anything it shuts down, stuck on reboot logo. Press the power button and it will start up again. Once booted up it won't turn on wifi [link] [comments]

filerecovery possible in bootlooped phone? Posted: 06 Feb 2022 08:25 AM PST so, as it turns out the security scanner at the airport can crash a Redmi Note 8 pro into a Bootloop... now as the title says, my question is - is there any hope of recovering the data(pictures) from it? I googled all day and haven't found anything working yet. If I missed anything important, please tell me - I'd really like to atleast save the data from it, obviously recovering it would to run again would be ideal [link] [comments]
Posted: 06 Feb 2022 12:01 PM PST Hi everyone. Recently I unfortunately broke my phone, and as far as im aware - everything is working except the screen. The touchscreen works, but the actual screen doesnt. I have attempted to replace the screen and the ribbon adapter to the screen however this didnt work. I need to access my phone as I need to access google authenticator and my backup code for google authenticator was on my phone's notes (not saved to the cloud). I cant use usb c to hdmi as my phone doesnt support this. Is there anyway I can access my phone. Any help would really be appreciated. [link] [comments]
