Posted: 12 Nov 2021 10:19 AM PST I recently got a new computer (Samsung Flex2Alpha, Win 11, i7, 512gb, 16gb mem, Iris Xe). It's currently used as a desktop with a j5_create mini-doc (JCD381) and wireless Logitech keyboard/mouse (MK540). Everything works very well, except the mouse. The cursor often sticks, freezes or stops working altogether. I've tried 3 different wireless mice, all the same. The computer touchpad is fine. I've double-checked the Logitech and j5 drives are up to date and I've tried toggling off the computer touchpad. Any ideas on what's causing this, or how to resolve? [link] [comments]
Dell Latitude E5550 Touchscreen Cutting In And Out? Posted: 12 Nov 2021 10:09 AM PST So I have a Dell Latitude E5550 with the touchscreen cutting out. For example, I'd have to smack the screen or move the screen back and forth for it to work. I have a strong feeling it's an issue with the connection between the motherboard and the touch digitizer. Do touchscreens go through the main E-DP cable? Or is there another connection for it? Because I suspect it's the E-DP cable. [link] [comments]
Posted: 12 Nov 2021 02:10 AM PST Hello, I have been using my Screen a lot in the last week (10hrs a day or more) and suddenly after a standby phase (I swear I never ever used violence against my screen hehe) I have a horizontal row of dead pixels and beneath the rest of the screen has half transparent white stripes (they make about every second line of pixels lighter) there was also flickering in this area but it is gone as well as the dead pixel row. I already tried using other devices so I can exclude software errors. Here's what it looks like. I hope somebody got some advise because I really don't want to dispose of it… Thanks in advance [link] [comments]
Posted: 12 Nov 2021 03:55 AM PST I have gotten a relatively new PC which is very good, and I was just using it, then I realized that over the days the fps has been dropping, I've been playing games like VALORANT, and when I first started playing I was getting 450-500 FPS now I'm barely able to reach 350 FPS now, I shrugged it off as dust and just continued, recently I've done a benchmark test and I've gotten these results, it says in the bench tab the specs are outstanding but are also underperforming. I'm just curious why my FPS is dropping. Specs [link] [comments]
