Posted: 20 Sep 2021 06:29 AM PDT I have made a simple wallpaper app based on jahirfiquitiva's Frames. The app is full of stock Google Pixel Wallpapers from devices such as the pixel 6, pixel 5 etc. Wallpapers are constantly being added. The app is fully open source and ad free download (GitHub)Source codeIf you have a wallpaper that is missing for the app, submit it as an issue here [link] [comments] |

I need a new calendar (widget) app Posted: 20 Sep 2021 09:39 AM PDT I'm currently using Pure Grid Calendar. It hasn't been updated in 3 years... And problems with the latest Android version are starting to accumulate. The problem is that it has one feature that none of the other calendar widgets I can find have: In its month view it can display an actual timeline for events. See the last image here (warning, aging display may cause migraines) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.koxx.pure_grid_calendar&hl=en&gl=US Anyone, please, help! I need to switch but I absolutely adored this function. [link] [comments] |

Android App that will provide simple arrow navigation of roads Posted: 20 Sep 2021 09:05 AM PDT I'm interested in using an android app that will allow selecting a point on the map (preferably google maps) and that will show an arrow always pointing to that pinpoint. The closest I got was GPS Arrow Lite but it seems that it's not maintained anymore and besides the usual "build for an older version" warning it's having trouble maintaining a steady arrow direction and no option for calibrating the compass. Also, the google map used by this app does not have the option to select between different layers. Is there something similar that would accomplish those requirements? [link] [comments] |
App for limiting app usage based on schedule/specific time (not on duration/time of usage)? Posted: 20 Sep 2021 03:25 AM PDT Sorry for the weird title, but most of the app blockers/digital balance apps limit usage of an app based on duration or how long you've used it for a day. I'm looking for an app that can schedule the block, for example, from 9pm to 7am you can set the Facebook and Messenger apps so that they cannot be opened at this time period. So far I've only seen the Kids360 app which has that function but it has too many features not for me (obviously since it's for kids). [link] [comments] |

App (with widget) for Bluetooth devices Posted: 20 Sep 2021 12:01 PM PDT Context: I am using Huawei Freebuds 4i and their app (Huawei AI Life) does not have a widget. Phone: Samsung Galaxy S10e. I am looking for an app that can show battery level of the connected Bluetooth devices (Freebuds 4i, in this case) with battery level for the case and the earbuds. I did a Playstore search and what I found were mostly incompatible. [link] [comments] |

A remote computer mouse app with an option to disable mouse movement? Posted: 20 Sep 2021 08:46 AM PDT Basically I want an app that allows me to tap the screen to click on my computer with no way of accidentally moving the cursor, does one exist? [link] [comments] |
App that mites phone when unlocked, then unmutes when phone is locked. Posted: 19 Sep 2021 07:38 PM PDT I've been using MacroDroid to stop my phone from beeping even though it's right in my hand but sometimes the macro crashes and mites phone calls, calendar alerts, etc despite me putting exceptions in the macro. My phone is an Samsung s21U if that helps. [link] [comments] |

What new things are going on in the Notes app scene? Posted: 20 Sep 2021 12:16 AM PDT What are the new apps that came out this year so can try them? Here's a few examples of how an app could be designed that am looking for:
Now you can see similiar notes 2) Drag to tab
Actually I won't use this specific one much when making notes, but better than very basic features is helpful and what is looked for 3) Looking for any other new good ways to find and organize notes since everyone knows already the old ways aren't very good and are very limiting There maybe wasn't any good diary apps or image ones: [link] [comments] |
Is there a camera app that allows ISO priority shooting? Open Camera doesn't. Posted: 20 Sep 2021 05:22 AM PDT ProShot does but it's very buggy with raw files. Not looking for a full manual mode. I'm looking for an app that will take pictures with ISO priority, like always iso 100 and adjust shutter speed automatically. [link] [comments] |

How can I find what is inside a .obb file? Posted: 19 Sep 2021 09:18 PM PDT I'm trying to extract the contents of the .obb file for Final Fantasy V, I'm guessing that's where the assets are. I have tried a couple of extensions (.zip, .gz, etc) but none of them work. I also tried opening the .obb in okteta but couldn't see anything indicating how its compressed. [link] [comments] |
