Icons in the notification bar. I swipe down hoping to get a preview and I get nothing. The icon is there but doesn't link anywhere? What's the point of it then? 2. When my alarm started this morning, I inadvertently swiped up so the "turn off" message disappeared. I was then completely unable to turn it off! Common sense dictates that I should be able to turn it off from the clock app, but the only option was to turn off tomorrow's alarm? I'm sure there are very simple answers to my questions and I just have to ease into my new phone, but your help will be much appreciated! [link] [comments]  | ||

| Xiaomi 9T camera stops working shortly after reboot Posted: 25 Feb 2021 01:04 AM PST Hi, My Xiao Mi 9T cameras (front/rear) likes to suddenly stop working for no apparent reason. This applies to all camera apps (I've tried open camera, Snapchat, Instagram, Whatsapp, even the QR code app) I used to get the error message saying the phone can't connect to the camera, but now it just stops working. However, the cameras do work for a short amount of time after I reboot my phone. Meaning every time I want to use my camera I have to reboot my phone. I've tried to clear cache and all data for the camera app, going into engineering mode and clicking fail on the CIT menu, and factory resetting my phone. All without any luck. Strangely, the front camera still works for face unlock. Anyone have this issue or know how to solve it? Thanks. [link] [comments]  | ||

I'd be happy with either but I wonder if the snapdragon 865+ in the Xiaomi will give me more in the long run than the 855 in a brand new 10 plus. I haven't found any post about it, that makes me think it is not an issue of the redmi note 9 pro but of mine redmi note 9 pro itself. So to be sure I'd like to have other opinions/experiences with the phone or even the cpu (snapdragon 720g). It heats to around 45 degrees when playing cod mobile in high graphics and max fps and in br it reaches 50 or more. At genshin impact (with recommended settings which are supossed to not overheat the cpu) it reaches 50 or more. Please give me an answer, this would help me a lot. [link] [comments]  | ||

Also english is not my first language, so sorry for misspellings. I bought my Redmi Note 9 Pro about 6months ago. (awesome phone tho, only thing i hate is i cant turn off the music from my alarm. Yes im weird and id want to wake up by the vibration) I dont remember if i had this problem right after i bought it, but recently it has been so annoying i gotta ask about it here. My problem is that, for example im in my online class and laying on bed. When its something i need to listen to, i always color these coloring pics on my phone. I usually would prefer to have my phone laying on its back on my bed, but if i put it like that (whatever surface it was, table, floor, etc) it wont sense any touch. I might have it laying vertically on my plush animals, so the back is touching them. Thats when it doesnt sense the touch either. I have my weird but huge passion for these coloring games and its been driving me nuts lately... Is there some kinda censor or what? I was reading around reddit if others had this problem, i couldnt find. People were just saying its prolly because the person accidentally touches the edges of the phone, which leads to that the device wont sense other touches. For me its not that because only thing im doing is tappin the screen, its not even in my hands. Hope someone notices my post and maybe even recommends me to go and ask about this thing from a person who could fix it. If you have an idea, please comment! Anything is helpful! | Posted: 24 Feb 2021 04:44 PM PST Hey I'm trying to unlock my bootloader but can't I have enabled OEM unlocking and added account and device in the developer options. on my pc I've installed ADB. But when I use the unlocking tool and login it shows a screen which says security tip add recovery phone number and an add phone button. There's nothing else on the screen that shows me to move on so I click on add phone and I just see an endless loading icon. What have I done wrong? [link] [comments]  | ||
