Posted: 12 Feb 2021 06:19 AM PST I really like via browser's layout and speed. I don't see it mentioned in recommendations. So is it a sketchy browser?? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 12 Feb 2021 09:09 AM PST plus it usually blinds me everytime so it's still annoying overall. i understand why it does this, but it shouldn't have to do this all the time and i have no idea where i can change this. i'm not sure if this question is suitable for this sub, but it's the only place i could think of. i have an asus phone, it's still on android 9. i'm not sure if i should specify what model, but let me know if needed. Posted: 12 Feb 2021 08:06 AM PST I have been using Fenix 2 for a little while as my Twitter client for Android. Recently, I have ran into multiple issues with slow loading, occasional freezing, & (the most concerning) extreme data usage. When I check the data usage for the last few hours, it is listed at almost a full GB. It's very confusing. Has anyone else had any issues with Fenix 2? I don't want to have to find a new Twitter app but I might have to if I can't solve these issues... [link] [comments] |
Miracast receiver with UIBC on Android 10/Android TV OS Posted: 12 Feb 2021 07:29 AM PST I can't seem to find any Miracast receiver app that has UIBC, with 1080p support, and could run in Android 10 or Android TV OS. Both my Android TV and Android TV Box (X96Q) does support Miracast screen mirroring, only without UIBC. Would love to control Wireless DeX within Android TV itself than to be hooked on the TV with wires (Type C to HDMI or docks) or deal with cursor delays when using a mouse directly connected via bluetooth or OTG while using Wireless DeX [link] [comments] |
Apart from Lawnchair 2, are there any launchers that support Google Fonts or otf/ttf files? Posted: 12 Feb 2021 07:28 AM PST I recently noticed this functionality in Lawnchair 2 settings where we can pick any font of our choosing, be it from the Google Fonts library or a custom otf/ttf file. Just for curiosity, are there any other launchers that have this functionality? [link] [comments] |

Is there any app that can read a pdf file and play it in audio to listen to? Posted: 12 Feb 2021 04:03 AM PST From what I have read Google own text to speech app has a very limited capability. I am using samsung S10 but don't have much idea about samsung's own Text to speech. [link] [comments] |
Why isn't there an app that can replace a satellite communicator? Posted: 12 Feb 2021 07:29 AM PST I have no app development experience whatsoever and truly have no idea what I'm talking about so please excuse me if this is a dumb question. Why can't an app replace devices like a Garmin Inreach or Spot X for backcountry/emergency situations? It seems like there's an obvious market so I assume there's some other barrier that I don't know about. [link] [comments] |
App that records audio ONLY from a separate app? Posted: 12 Feb 2021 07:09 AM PST App that records audio ONLY from a separate app? Is there an app that can record audio from "system audio" or "internal audio" from a different app that doesnt have recording capability [link] [comments] |

Tablet app for architecture/flow design etc Posted: 12 Feb 2021 01:30 AM PST Hey guys, I've recently acquired a Galaxy Tab S7, and as I'm working in IT (security and starting on development) I couldn't help but look everywhere for an app that could let me draw quick architecture designs, or to help me design my app flows much faster. I've seen some apps like "Concepts" and "Sketch", but they are not that intuitive (I for one couldn't see a way to use shapes in concepts) What I am looking for is a way to design sheets (of any dimension) and add shapes and connect them, to design my flow. If this isn't the right place to post let me know and I'll happily delete this thread :) Thanks! Edit: I am already using Samsung Notes, but there's no way to draw predefined shapes (it will only let you draw them by hand and will correct them afterwards) [link] [comments] |
Posted: 12 Feb 2021 04:52 AM PST I'm curious to know, what settings do you use for the Moon+ ereader app? Background image, colors, font, spacing etc! Give me inspiration to experiment a little bit :D [link] [comments] |
Video editing apps that DON'T force you to edit in landscape mode? Posted: 12 Feb 2021 12:37 AM PST I want to be able to edit videos in portrait orientation basically. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 12 Feb 2021 03:48 AM PST Hi all. Due to recent Bromite update that restricts user-installed certificate, it somehow messed up when I have my Adguard HPPTS Filtering on. I would like to migrate to other apps for the time being. Is there any other good alternatives to replace Bromite? Is Vivaldi as good? Note: I don't like Firefox due to the its slower speed compared to Chromium-based browser. [link] [comments] |
A transcribing app that accounts for people's accents Posted: 11 Feb 2021 09:45 PM PST I need to transcribe meetings but the app that I use currently is bad at accounting for people's accents, especially an Indian one. Is there a software or app that can do this? Thanks in advance for any replies! [link] [comments] |
Download Manager which can rename files after they are downloaded. Posted: 12 Feb 2021 03:30 AM PST How I can automatically rename files after they are downloaded ? I have some pics in gibberish names.jpegs Although I am downloading them in sequence 1 at a time, so timestamp is created, but sort by date dont follow exact order. So is it possible to rename files, may be with prefix 1,2,3_.... Any download manager gui based can do this? I can do this with shell script! Hope any download manager can do this. App that auto rotate photos that is in the wrong orientation Posted: 12 Feb 2021 02:03 AM PST |
Posted: 11 Feb 2021 07:42 PM PST I've downloaded a few but none of them show the relatives beyond brother and sister. I'm looking for one that shows aunts uncles grandma grandpa etc. I want to build the tree on my own, i don't want one like ancestry that finds relatives automatically. Would prefer free but willing to do one time payment if it has great features. [link] [comments] |
