| Where to buy replacement screen for 7T Pro Mclaren Edition Posted: 27 Jan 2021 02:26 PM PST I purchased a screen advertised for the Mclaren Edition off of ebay, but it turns out the fingerprint reader is in a different location on the Mclaren Edition vs the 7 Pro, even though the screen is the exact same otherwise. I can't seem to find any screens with the reader in the correct location. To be clear, something like this (https://www.ebay.ca/itm/ET-LCD-Touch-Screen-For-OnePlus-7-Pro-GM1910-7T-Pro-HD1910-HD1913-HD1925/324452295695) does not work. I attached a picture that i hope outlines my issue. | Cyberpunk Edition as bugged as the game Posted: 27 Jan 2021 06:08 PM PST So I need some help when I bought this phone it came with Oxygen OS instead of Hydrogen which is fine no biggy I figured it'd make it easier to update. But lo and behold when I try to update it my phone gets stuck in the hydrogen boot loop and I have to completely wipe my phone and now I'm completely scared to ever update. Is there anything I can do? Is OnePlus ever going to address this or am I forever stuck? She can text me fine and I can read her messages, but I can't text her. It just keeps saying "Not sent, click again to retry." When I look at her in my contacts, it appears to be forgetting her country code 706 xxx-xxxx. If I hold down on her contact though, it shows her full phone number 1706xxxxxxx. Im trying to view videos in fullscreen but regardless of weather full screen is enabled in the settings or not, I'm not able to watch videos in full screen. The only exception to this is if im watching netflix on the 16.30 version. But on hbo max or youtube, it is not fullscreen. Here are some pictures - https://imgur.com/gallery/OyfDCig. Is there a fix to this issue? somehow the video looks better on HBO Max when the full screen option is disabled in settings. Is it the same on samsung s20 fe? I asked for a Global ROM and it came with a flashed Oxygen 10.3. I heard people saying it's best to flash again a rom downloaded by yourself in these cases just to be safe. I read a lot of ways to do this: through the system updater, through recovery mode, through tools like TWRP... My question is, what would be the better way to do this? When the phone was drained to 0%, it show "Battery too low, charge for a while before turning on" . It still charges and works fine tho. Is it normal? Should I return it? [link] [comments]  | ||
| Posted: 27 Jan 2021 08:56 AM PST Hello everyone, here is my problem, when I plug in my charger, 75% of the times, my phone will force itself in portrait mode, and I won't be able to rotate it in landscape mode anymore. If I'm playing a game in landscape, it will completely distort it, and make it unplayable. The only way for me to "resolve" the issue is to activate/deactivate the navigation buttons or bar on the bottom of the screen, but then it'll force close all the applications in the backgrount. Or to wait a little for the phone to resolve the issue itself, which sometimes occurs in 15 seconds, and other times in 1 hour. The exact same problem happen when I unplug the charger. And my phone become a little bit laggy and the touch screen less responsive as well when I use it while it's charging. Do any of you have the same bugs, or is my phone defective?
