Z170 Mobo compatibility issues with 3090 Posted: 22 Jan 2021 09:50 AM PST 3090 compatibility issues with old Mobos I have a MSI Z170 M7 mobo and an Aorus 3090 xtreme gpu. I encountered an issue where my system unit won't push through the reboot cycle / restart system option. I checked my motherboard it's an (E0 Debug). I tried CMOS, DDU, fresh install OS, tried out RAM sticks, updated bios, reformat HDD SSD all these doesn't fix the issue. But putting back my 1080 it worked fine. I am guessing that its a hardware compatibility issue. I am also guessing it has something to do with the edge display (my edge display is working as well; rgb fusion works okay also). So maybe a 3090 without screen should work fine. I forgot to add my PSU is AX1200i. Turning on the pc is fine but restarting it that's where I encounter the issue. How would I move files to an external hard drive without copying them? Posted: 21 Jan 2021 10:20 PM PST I'm on windows 10 and plan on getting a 1 or 2 tb external hard drive to move a folder to said hard drive. But how do I move the folder into the drive without copying it into the drive? I would like to know this because the folder I want to move cost a lot of gigabytes and it would take forever to copy it onto the external hard drive.
