    WiFi calling on imported snapdragon model in UK?

    I know for sure my s20 Ultra (Hong Kong varient) supports WiFi calling and my phone provider recently got WiFi calling on their network. Since I'm located in the UK and the phones from Hong Kong, I assumed maybe its due to being imported that it doesn't work, yet I've seen other people have got WiFi calling on their imported models.

    Yet the options just don't appear at all on my phone, yet the system app exists not that it's much help. I factory reset my phone, got an entirely new replacement sim just to try get this to work, yet no difference in the options being available.

    I saw others mention an OTA update fixed their issue yet my phone provider claims that this shouldn't be necessary as all phones should already support such a feature anyways.

    So I was left being told to contact Samsung themselves for help with this issue and that it's weird it doesn't work because this phone is one of the latest and greatest. Yet the customer service people for this company are... Not so knowledgeable when it comes to phones anyways, asking me to do things I already said wouldn't work and have tried.

    I was thinking maybe it's because they don't have the SM-G9880 registered as supporting WiFi calling? I've no clue at this point honestly, can someone confirm if foreign phone does work with WiFi calling overseas and tell me how they got it to function if they had extra steps? I really want WiFi calling, support for the non contract sim company sucks.

    Hello, does Galaxy Note 20 (Not Ultra) support LDAC? i don't have the phone yet and i am not able to find anywhere anything about Note 20 (not Ultra) and LDAC support, so i am asking here. I know that Note 20 Ultra does support LDAC, but i am new to Samsung phones and i don't know if there is difference in this specific thing.

    First of all, sms 2fa? Really, Samsung?

    Samsung told me to change my password, so I did. Since then, it's been a living h3ll.

    Mobile 2fa? Sure. Request. No text for 10 mins with a 2 minute countdown. I mean wtf? Any other service that stupidly uses sms 2fa sends instantly. It's only Samsung.

    I can't login even. What now?

    Edit: After a few fails, Samsung said they'll call me and started counting down. Nope, no call either. I'm sure I'll get it an hour later, though

    I'm experiencing a terrible battery drain on my new Note 20 ultra! The screen is not bright, normal power scheme, screen 60hz and i have just been scrolling through same web pages (nothing intensive) is this normal?

    I've had the absolutely worst nightmare after having my samsung tablet sent it for repair they sent it back with a letter saying they checked the tablet yet there was a massive dent in the brand new screen and the side of the screen wasn't glued in I sent it back the same hour I received it and said to them to repair it they took it back and supposedly repaired it it came back with the bottom of the housing (where the charging port is and speakers) bent and all the other sides bent inwards I rang the technical team at samsung to arrange for it to be picked up 3-4 times arranged it to be picked up for repair they kept cancelling the collection 3-4 times after a week of constantly on the phone I managed to speak to someone helpful I asked for the tablet to be sent somewhere else which they agreed it was sent to a dedicated repair shop in Newcastle they looked at the tablet and I phoned them to explain what had happened they said they had already written off the tablet because of the bad and shoddy repairs now after that the technical team wouldn't get in touch with me I had to hound them for weeks on end to email me and call me they offered me a replacement tablet that was better than what I had I asked for the higher version of this tablet which they agreed now after they confirmed it they wouldn't get back in touch with me and made it difficult asking for proof of purchase I provided them with everything they asked yet they were still being vague more weeks went by of me calling to get a tracking number and to check that everything was confirmed they they confirmed the tablet the colour and the 128gb version with 6gb ram they said it is being delivered and gave me a tracking number which they said can be checked rang the company they were using for the delivery and that company checked the order number and checked if there was a delivery for my address they said nothing is there the tracking number isn't showing up

    If there is someone higher than the alternative resolution team in the uk

    Anyone know how to fix the Charging issue on Note 10 without replacing or disassembling it? I had to get a $400 replacement about a month and a half ago for this same issue.

    Facebook Messanger quality on Samsung S20 series

    Ever since there's been an update for the Facebook messanger app on my S20 Ultra things just don't work as they used too... Pictures I send are being sent at very low quality according to my friends, photos that are sent to me also taken on an S20 are low quality as well. But there doesn't appear to be an issue with friends on an iPhone who send photos...

    Anyone else facing this issue?

    Can't even set nick names in group chats anymore...

    Anyone has a Samsung Odyssey(1050 i7)? How do you know if it's too warm?

    My boy and me have been through all kinds of games. He always was a bit too warm but rarely was the ocasions in which i got worried about it. I've just startes playing the witcher 3 and I worry how much hot can he get. I'm asking this because, usually, when it get's too demanding and hot, i can see a drop in performance. But the witcher 3 is 60fps, no stutters with medium quality, while the fan is going crazy. How do i know what is the safe temperature, then?

    Samsung used to be one company who gave consumers the best specs when splurging on high end phones. As someone who has had every flagship phone; S7 edge, S8+, s9+, s10+ and recently s20fe. After poor phones like note 20 and s20, the s20 fe restored my faith in Samsung. But all these new rumors about s21 is really getting me. I mean is it too much to ask to not be screwed over when you're paying top dollar. More and more companies are literally testing consumers with how much they can get away with (cue Apple). Smartphones have become integral parts of our lives, and it seems everything has become profit driven.

    I just got my brothers old s9 when he upgraded, and lately I've been getting texts that give me a verification code. I don't ever use Samsungs services/bloatware. Only Google ones. Anyone know what's going on?

    Edit: it also has different "account numbers" with each separate text.

    All within a few minutes.
