| Posted: 03 Nov 2020 08:02 AM PST My lil bro has severe autism and was very attached to our mom. A few months back she lost her battle to Cancer and he has been very depressed since. Recently he saw cyberpunk 2077 and is hooked to it like he watches the trailer every single minute. I'm trying to get him the phone for his birthday cause he honestly deserves the best.. Anyone know where I can snag it? Or pre order it? DM me if you need too but I'm just trying my best to make this kid happy. Help a brother out please!! Edit: Just to clarify I am not asking for a free phone. I wanna purchase it for my lil bro in case someone feels like I'm asking for a free handout. | Posted: 03 Nov 2020 03:24 AM PST Hello all, The time has come for me to upgrade from OP3 to another OP phone after 4 years of a pretty good overall experience. The most attractive option for me right now is the 8T given that a) warp charge 65 b) the latest model c) flat screen d) it was release after OP officially came to my country so the price is fixed across all stores and i can pay it with interest free installments. I've seen a lot of reviewers saying that OP8t is the "awkward" middle child but i dont really know if i should care about it. Indeed you have the 8 PRO which is the all powerful flagship and i would gladly spend 950 euros for an OP phone but i think that OP8t for 670 euros is a better choice. I'm still happy with my OP3 so i think the 8T will be like upgrading from a Lada to a Falcon 9 rocket. What is your opinion? Does it make sense to get the 8t? [link] [comments]  |

And I feel that there's a certain shift in the display's color temperature depending on the light. Not sure, I could be wrong. [link] [comments]  |

I've been using my 8 Pro without issue on my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee since I got it, but ever since I updated to Android 11 last week my radio system has been rebooting every 3 minutes on the dot if my phone is connected via Bluetooth. No phone call or music needs to be active, it just has to be connected. When I turn off Bluetooth and the phone is disconnected, no issues whatsoever. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Also, if I choose to downgrade, will it be an in-place downgrade and keep all of my settings and files, etc (just like the upgrade was) or will it wipe everything? I have no issue downgrading, I didn't dislike Android 10; I just want to make sure I won't have to setup everything from scratch. [link] [comments]  |
| Story of my life - OnePlus Support Posted: 03 Nov 2020 02:01 AM PST Well, idk about you guys but the OnePlus Support is probably the worst i've ever seen and will see in my entire life. Where does the story begin? October 17th 2019: Bought myself the new OnePlus 7T Pro at exactly 12pm while the order button got avaliable here in germany. About 1 Month later the problems began. First no cellular connectivity. Remote Session - no luck, still had the problem... First repair - still had the problem. After that i noticed the "black crushing" that was kinda common on these devices. Another repair and both problems still persicted. Thrid repair - well, the "black crushing" and cellular connectivity problem still weren't fixed plus they destroyed my NFC coil... 3 defects - 3 repairs later. No luck, no new device, nothing. So it went in for it's 4th repair about 10 Months after getting in contact with them. They said i could get an upgrade to the 8 Pro. I obviously accepted that but didn't hear from them for another 2-3 weeks after i finally called them like idk maybe 8 times to find out that they didn't have the phone in stock. Btw, my 7T Pro was in there service center for about 2 months at that time, probably already sold to someone else... After that I got a normal 8... Didn't care, just wanted to end it once and for all. In conclusion, in the 12 or so Months of owning the 7T Pro i was able to use it for idk... 3 Months? That's just terrible. I'll be using this 8 till the iPhone 13 comes out and will switch to them asap. Ciao OnePlus... [link] [comments]  |

Posted: 03 Nov 2020 03:39 PM PST I've got the Bose NC700 headphones and they work perfectly when I'm watching videos or listening to music, but when I am on the phone they intermittently cut out every five or ten minutes. The bluetooth will disconnect and then reconnect about ten seconds later. I am on the latest update of Oxygen OS, and the latest firmware on the Bose headphones. The headphones do not do this when I'm using my Samsung phone. Just when using my 7 Pro. [link] [comments]  |

Last I heard they doubled down when confronted with the fact that OnePlus buds are legit, then nothing. Wondering if anyone had caught any kind of update on if it developed further. Everytime I turn it off, it stays off for about 10 minutes before itself on again. Apparently, this is not an isolated problem. Any help with this? It'll work with music and I can use google assistant with it but whatever I've tried, neither of the pair allows me to answer the call by tapping the button on the earbud...
