Posted: 28 Nov 2020 04:11 PM PST I have a Google Pixel 4a, and whenever I use Google Chrome, it seems to use so much battery, and in Battery Usage, it uses about 7% battery every 10 mins. And that's a lot of battery to chew. Does anyone else know of a good browser that doesn't kill my battery? [link] [comments]  |

| Posted: 28 Nov 2020 06:17 PM PST I am having issues with TuneIn and ads. I am using the free version and I can accept that there are ads up to a point. I load a station and it starts playing. Then the radio gets quieter and there is an ad in a cube or on the bottom but I cannot hear it. Fine. My issue is that it is quieting the song. This happens 1-2 times a song I am using Blockada with this with a few ad lists Does anyone know how I can stop this from happening without paying for ad-free? $10/mo is a bit much to listen to free terrestrial radio stations that already have their own local ads/commercials that I cannot by-pass. | App not found in phone but has permission to camera and microphone? Posted: 28 Nov 2020 06:17 PM PST So long story short, I've been having a lot of weird shit happening on my phone. I'm pretty sure it's being accessed somewhere else for multiple reasons, but I went to look at my app permissions and there was one that had access to my camera and phone. It looks like a game or something, it's titled people and it looks like a game. It has four squares with four different people in it. Usually there is a open option to the left of uninstall and force stop, but this one had none. Could not find it on the app store and I cannot find it in my device at all. | Posted: 28 Nov 2020 05:06 PM PST So this started a month back But it's got to a point were I can't put my phone in sleep. So what happens is when I turn of my phone like 3 secs later the screen lights in this acid green pixel mess everywhere and It bothers me all the time and if I turn my phone on and turn it off it just happens again and the only way to fix it( that know off is restarting it but 70%o the time it comes back and this really bothers me because I can't turn my phone off and powering off my phone or keeping my phone on forever isn't fun so does someone know what the problem is or what I can do to fix it. | Factory reset requited on a 1 year old Samsung phone File system limit Posted: 28 Nov 2020 08:24 PM PST I have a 1 year old Samsung s10 128 gig of phone memory (27 gig iused) 128 gig memory card (30 gig used) Now it is telling me I have reached my file system limit?????????? A complete factory reset is required apparently, back to factory settings. I assume this means that I have to reload everything all over again, this is not acceptable or functional. several generations of Apple phones and I have not had this problem. My first Samsung and its saying it cannot cope? Is this typical of Samsung rubbish? Is there any way to fix this without having to go through the full wipe and start over again? [link] [comments]  |

Posted: 28 Nov 2020 12:40 AM PST I own an LG Android So a few months ago a weird problem began happening on my phone while using chrome. Whenever I went onto a website that had some form of media such as videos, and ad, etc. there was a chance that the screen would glitch out and the page would turn black and show weird white dots with these weird white brackets besides them. Sometimes it would also be static or multicolored static. Every time it goes away if I continue scrolling through the site or visit a new webpage but it freaks me out whenever it happens. I took a screenshot of it happening once and tried reverse image searching it but nothing came up so I deleted the screenshot. Anyways, the reason I'm posting now is because I was just using chrome to google something and I got a notification saying "turned off phone flashlight because application which uses it is open" or something along those lines. (I had my phone flashlight turned on and it randomly turned off). These two things are probably completely unrelated but it sort of freaked me out y'know? Any help would be appreciated. She never clicked the activation link when setting up her Samsung account on the phone so i dont think we can get into her contacts or reset the device. Every time I reply to a text message via the notification bar, or via Messages for Web, I receive the same exact notification I'd receive if I got an incoming text. Posted: 28 Nov 2020 11:31 AM PST I went to my gallery on my android phone, and when I clicked to share my photo with someone and have the list pop up with the list of names in my messenger to send it to, one of the options was to add it to my story. Was that always there? Does clicking it add it to your story instantly or is there some kind of confirmation first?
