Honor of Kings makers announced two new games upon its 5th anniversary

    Posted: 02 Nov 2020 09:12 PM PST

Upon the 5th Anniversary of Honor of Kings, Timi Studios has released concept videos for two new upcoming spin-off games of Honor of Kings. The videos were released on 1st Nov and the new games will come as spinoffs to Honor of Kings.

    1. Code: Departure

The first game that seems to be an Action MMORPG known as Code: Departure. Through the concept video, we can see Honor of Kings Champions explore vast landscapes of different terrain such as water and earth, exploring gorgeously illustrated valleys and planes as they progress throughout the game. In the concept video, we also see champions heading towards the "Lord" in Honor of Kings which is equivalent to the Baron in Wildrift or the Dark Slayer in Arena of Valor.

    2. Code: Breakthrough

Secondly, we have what seems to be like a 2D fighter game known as Code: Breakthrough. Once again, it integrates Honor of Kings' champions and their abilities into the game, but this time in a two-dimensional sense. Confirmed characters we can see in the video include Lee Bai, Marco Polo, Da Qiao, Angela, and Mozi. Moreover, we can also see that the main antagonist of the fighting game may be Si Ma Yi as he appears facing off against the five previously mentioned champions.

With limited knowledge of these upcoming games, we can only await their arrival. You can check more about the news here

I've been looking for a game that specializes in endgame pvp, any suggestions?

    Posted: 02 Nov 2020 09:56 PM PST

I dont know how to look up these type of games. But I used to play a Chinese game that was like this 4 years ago. It was called paramon, and it was easily the most addictive phone game I've ever played. There were different servers and on each server there was a pvp leaderboard. You got to challenge players within a 10-50 ranking of where you were at. And eventually as you got to the top it was a daily battle of who could get 1st place each day for the 1st place prize.

The monsters that you collected seemed so addicting to get. Each monster had certain skills that you had a chance to get when they hatched from the egg, and the skills were things that were just percent chance effects. For example, " 30% chance for next attack to do 300% damage". Or something to that regard. And the pvp was afk focused, there was no control cause everything was by chance based of skills.

TLDR: I was wondering if there was any game that is endgame pvp focused like this nowadays. I doubt there would be anything so specific as to what I mentioned. But something close is more than satisfactory.

I've been looking at afk arena or mobile legends but I'm not sure if they fit the bill pvp wise.

Exploding Kittens is an underrated game tbh. Give it a try if your into card games. I'll just leave it at that. The game is pretty easy to understand so I wont explain too much rules except that its pretty much a card version of Russian roulette except better. Because it has cats (:

Looking for a well polished roguelite

    Posted: 02 Nov 2020 09:08 AM PST

I've played dead cells and juicy realm, both of which I really enjoyed.

I've tried some of the card style rogue games and they dont quite scratch the itch that Hades on PC has left me with for rogue type games, although pirate outlaws was very good.

I'm looking for another rogue type game to get stuck into. I'm not much of a fan for turn based, I prefer skill type ones like dead cells/juicy realm.

I've searched the playstore many times over but the only ones I find are really basic indie games. I'm looking for something a bit more premium and polished.

(Ive played soul knight and the new one from them too)

What happened to adventure capitalist and will it come back?

    Posted: 02 Nov 2020 04:16 PM PST

The screen horizontal screen orientation was removed some time ago when hyperhippo and kongregate sold the game to screenzilla. For me it killed the game. Also i have tried to download older version but it asks for update to the current unplayable version. Is there still a way to play it? Or will they add it back?

[REQUEST] What are good free 2D horror games on Android?

    Posted: 02 Nov 2020 04:03 PM PST

Played Distraint Pocket Horror Edition not too long ago and loved it, been looking for a new free 2D horror game with a solid story with a begining Middle and end, I'm open to other gameplay formats within 2D, just would like to avoid dark patterns like daily/weekly rewards and infinite gameplay loops that lead nowhere.

Playing Noblesse: Zero and have idle rpg questions (help)

    Posted: 02 Nov 2020 08:55 AM PST

So I started playing this game as I'm currently reading the Webtoon (manhwa?) and I'm really enjoying it. So I'm playing this game and I've never really played an idle rpg before. How do you play these? Is it literally just levelling up your characters and attaching string equipment as it comes in?

I know some.od these are popular so maybe this just isn't a good one, but I'm not sure I'm aging it right. It's fun seeing the characters I've come to love fighting but that doesn't last to long. I need something to do in this game. Any help or info is much appreciated!

    [REQUEST] Games like Anno 1800

    Posted: 02 Nov 2020 05:09 AM PST

    Hi boys,

I'm looking for an Anno 1800 like Android game to play on my Z Fold 2. I know there's a shit ton of free citybuilders, but all of them have either ads, are P2W or are stupid multiplayer games.

    - Single player (or multiplayer trading)
    - No wars/fighting is a BIG plus
    - Economic mechanics is a big plus
    - Preferable the style of 1700 - 1920, no future stuff or medieval age stuff
    - Paid game or free doesn't matter. Rather pay $5 - $9.99 if it's a good game, than nothing with a P2W system.

Are there any games like this out there?

[DEV] Flappy Comrade - My very first game is out on the Play Store. I have learned everything on the go, made a lot of mistakes, corrected them and finally have my very own little game. It would mean a lot if I could get some feedback and use them to improve myself&the game!

[REQUEST] is there any way to get an APK of the previous Fruit Ninja update? The latest pathetic 10th anniversary "update" ruined the game and replaced level progression with loot boxes.

    Posted: 02 Nov 2020 05:22 AM PST

Each blade and background actually had a unique power up and was actually unlockable with fair level progression, AND there were like 10 free mini game modes that were actually fun! The latest update trashed all of that and made the game shittier! What an ass backwards move!

Edit: Thanks for the downvotes! What a friendly sub!
