Hi, I don't mind an iGPU as when the current climate I guess thats all we would be able to get, so the question really is what machine I can get for my brother (8th grader or Form 3 where we live) that can play some light games on low,30 fps (Fortnite, Apex , maybe warzone, Fifa and emulation). Thank you so much!

Suggest a Laptop for my Mama

    Posted: 02 Sep 2020 11:10 PM PDT

Hi everyone! I wanna by my mama a new laptop for her birthday but IDK what I should be looking for.

Budget: I don't have a job (17f) but I do get quite a bit of allowance from my grandmother ($120/month). I currently have about $180 saved. Don't necessarily have a limit. I am willing to save for whatever cost. I would prefer something on the cheaper side but still of high quality. I can't get a job due to pandemic and high academic demands so my only source of "income" is allowance and tutoring my little brother.

What I am looking for: -My mother is not going to be doing any sort of gaming or anything too crazy. Just need a functioning, fast laptop that can handle a lot of files, YouTube watching, online shopping, etc.

-Her laptop just broke and doesn't work at all. I need a laptop that will last a while and its frame needs to stay intact.

-Her eyesight isn't the best an average-sized screen should be okay. Nothing small.

Specifics: -she isn't too picky. She is used to Windows 10 and Microsoft so no Mac or Chromebook. I also need to find a way to transfer all her files to the new computer so if anyone has any suggestions for that, I would appreciate it.

    Is Eluktronics a good investment?

    Posted: 02 Sep 2020 06:33 PM PDT

Recently I've had a lot of interest in buying the Eluktronics Max 17 laptop with an i7-10875H & RTX 2070 off of Amazon, especially since I've heard so much good about it having a decent battery, slim & stylish design, and excellent performance.

However, the skeptic in me still did more research past that to come across some consumers having bad experiences saying their laptop (either the same model or other laptops from this brand) has given them problems within 1-2 years of purchase.

Now, I feel like I know a fair amount about specs, but I'm not experienced in having powerful laptops and doing a lot for their maintenance, so I don't want a product that'll give me problems that soon after purchase granted that I could just make them worse.

I'm more than willing to invest a strong amount into a powerful 17.3" laptop, but I don't want to spend so much money for a product to fail on me quicker than I expected to in a few years.

As of right now I'd say my budget could range from $1500-2000. Is the Max 17 a good choice, or should I put my faith in a better alternative that could realistically last me for at least 4 years with minimal issues?

    Laptop for college, decent budget.

    Posted: 03 Sep 2020 03:16 AM PDT

    Hello everyone,

I need some help picking out a laptop. I was looking at a XPS 15 or HP Spectre x360 but both of those are outside my price range by the time I spec them out a little.

    • Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US:
      €1700 - Netherlands / Belgium
    • Are you open to refurbs/used?
      No
    • How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life?
Battery Life should be good when used lightly, but still have good performance when needed.
    • How important is weight and thinness to you?
Weight more so than thinness, I'd prefer something under 2kg
    • Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A.
      15,6"
    • Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.
Little cad, probably some introduction classes and exercises. No gaming, I have a gaming desktop at home and should not be gaming at school. Just some web browsing, emailing, microsoft office, autocad and eplan
    • If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?
      N/A
    • Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?
Touch screen (although it doesn't have to be a 2-1)good keyboard, windows hello, big trackpad, lot of IO.
    • Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion.
Just manufacturer and model should help me out a lot, I should be able to find the local vendors and best price.

    Thanks in advance!

[Greece] - Laptop for effect-heavy FHD video editing (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) - 1,200€

    Posted: 03 Sep 2020 02:57 AM PDT

    • Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US:
One thousand two hundred Euros (1,200€), Greece
    • Are you open to refurbs/used?
Used: no. Refurbs: I prefer not but OK.
    • How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life?
Performance, battery life, build quality, form factor.
    • How important is weight and thinness to you?
      Almost of zero importance.
    • Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A.
Bigger of or equal to 15"
    • Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.
I'm using the whole Adobe suite; mainly Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects and I also edit/remux on avidemux. I want these programs to run smoothly.
    • If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?
      Not into gaming.
    • Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?
      None.
    • Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion.
Since 2014 I'm editing on a desktop computer of 8GB DDR3 RAM, AMD Athlon II X4 CPU and AMD Radeon HD 7770. Editing is OK but when I add effects (like VHS, glitch, etc.) it goes kind of slow. I didn't care about slowness until my hobby turned into kind of my job. I'm very patient so a slight delay doesn't bother me. I was thinking of buying the ASUS ROG series (the one with the i7 9th gen., 16GB RAM and the RTX 2060 GPU) but I decided 1,600€ are too much for me, although I will earn it soon through work. I have found this laptop, and as far as I'm concerned the real difference between this and the ASUS ROG is the GPU. I'd like to ask if it's of any big difference considering that I'm not into gaming and I won't be editing in more than 1080p. Thank you!

Is this Asus a decent choice for school? I want something fast and reliable

Lightweight and portable laptop for gaming, multimedia and productivity (~2200 EUR budget)

    Posted: 03 Sep 2020 01:14 AM PDT

Fellow gamer friends, I am on the brink of upgrading from my Dell 7567 finally, and I am looking for something with more power and portability to be able to play some games both at home and when travelling/business trips. I live in Poland, so on this market some of the best species models aren't available, but I settled to choose something from the budget of around 2000-2200EUR with RTX2070 at least and preferably 10th gen i7 (Of course my wet dream would be Asus Duo 15, but here it's roughly 4K EUR, so that's not acceptable). Games I play - pretty varied, from indie to AAA, but mostly WoW, M&B Bannerlord, cRPGs, waiting for Cyberpunk, sometimes shooters like Arma, BF, R6: Siege. And I aim for at least comfortable 60+ fps on all those at max settings if possible (not that much bothered with rtx on, but if it handles it, that's an additional plus). Apart from gaming it would also have to be ok for multimedia (Netflix etc), would be great if it could be used as a music production workstation (as I'm planning to explore that area), of course some more daily stuff, and sometimes Photoshop/Premiere. So a good support of external screens and decent audio will be a significant advantage. We can't have everything, so battery life isn't that crucial as anywhere I go I usually have access to electricity to charge up (USBC charging would be an additional profit for the buck though). Yet it should be possible to get at least 3-4 hours off the cable while on average use (non gaming). From the brief research I set on these for these few options, so if you could help me decide between these (or suggest something different with comparable spec and bang for buck) considering all the background and how it's gonna be used daily:

ASUS Zephyrus M15 (2070MQ, not the super one as it's not available here) Lenovo Legion 7i (not available yet here, not sure what the pricing will be and spec versions available) MSI GS66 (2070MQ) Acer Predator Triton 500 (2070S MQ) Razer Blade 15 Advanced Something different? Feel free to suggest :)

For now my preferences go like this: Asus M15 > MSI > Legion > Triton (flipped MB may be troubling for any upgrades) > Razer (afraid of faulty unit or common issues, dealing with customer service etc)

I know that the 3000rtx are coming, but I suppose it will take a while until it arrives to laptops and it might be price-y as hell (considering prices for electronics in Poland fall really slowly - I can still see my 7567 for like 85% of its initial value few years ago), as well as the fact that first new models are usually not that great in terms of thermals and performance. So I think that if I can buy any of those within like 3 months I will still be at least half a year from laptops with 3050/60, and the performance difference won't be that big to matter for me (I assume 2070MQ will still last me at least 3-5 years of high quality gaming, even if I have to turn down something to medium/rtx off and still will get 60+ or at least stable 30+).

As a bonus info, I also have Xbox one X that I play on, and aim to buy XSX some time after it's launch (a year or so), so that will probably take away some part of my gaming time for fighting/sports/arcade-y games.

So, kindly advise what would be the best purchase within the 2.2K EUR (max 10K PLN) budget :)

    Thanks in advance!

Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US:

    • around 10000 PLN

    Are you open to refurbs/used?

    • not really, new only

How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life?

    • performance and build quality are very important, battery life not greatly, but at least 3-4h would be great

How important is weight and thinness to you?

    • very important, as I move frequently

Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A.

    • 15,6 inch

Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.

    • Photoshop/Premiere sometimes, music software

If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?

    • definitely WoW ultra as high fps as I can get; other than that I want to be comfortable with at least 60+ on AAA titles

Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?

    • nothing extra fancy, I want to have a reliable machine for a few years to come

Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion.

    • I live in PL so some models aren't available; I own XOX as secondary gaming machine; upgradability and connectivity are highly valued as well

Help me get a sense of direction, my fellow geeks!

    Posted: 03 Sep 2020 01:10 AM PDT

    H!

(Currently in Spain, but will be in the UK soon)

I am looking to get a new laptop, but can't seem to pin point a laptop that fulfills all my needs. All the laptops I've seen in this forum have one or two features lacking (not enough RAM or processing power), or have features I don't really need (ultra high resolution screens, an overkill on GPU or fancy touch pads and screens). I also can't seem to make my mind in terms of specs, as I haven't been updated about hardware in a long time, but this is the information I was able to gather.

    I'll keep this short:

    1. Budget:

    around 700$ - 1000$ (USD) or 600€ - 850 € or 500£ - 750£.

    1. Purposes:

    a. Very light gaming. I only play overwatch occasionally, and don't need to run it on ultra settings (mid to high with normal FPS range would suffice).

    b. I produce music with ableton, but usually light project and don't really need a fancy sound card (if I do, I just connect an external one).

    c. Web development. Mostly to have a development environment that's fast and Efficient. Potentially, run a local server for development and testing. No need for actual GET and POST web server purposes.

I would think I mostly need strong enough processing power (i5, or even i7 if within price range), and a good amount of RAM (16 gb would be perfect, but I guess 8 gb would probably be ok as well).

Definitely and SSD. I do have a 512 Samsung SSD I bought for my old laptop, so I could potentially just replace an existing HDD on the laptop (if possible), if that might lower the price (or maybe invest that money on other parts).

Screen - 14 or 15 inch would be good enough.

Don't know anything about GPU, so no specific requirements, and would love your advice on it.

Thank you for your patience in advance, hopefully I provided most of the necessary information.

Please help me choose a laptop for gaming and work!

    Posted: 03 Sep 2020 12:45 AM PDT

I need a new laptop, but I have gotten stuck trying to decide which one to get! These are the choices I have narrowed it down to:

    MSI GP65 Leopard (10SFK-047): 15.6", 144 Hz, i7-10750H, RTX 2070, 16 GB RAM, 512GB NVMe SSD, available for $1,499.00 through Amazon

    Acer Predator Helios 300 (PH315-53-71QX): 15.6", 240 Hz, i7-10750H, RTX 2070 Max Q, 16 GB RAM, 512GB NVMe SSD, available for $1,399.99 through Walmart

And possibly the HP Omen 15 or the Lenovo Legion 7i.

For the HP Omen 15, I didn't see any models with specs that were as good. I read some very good reviews of the Legion 7i, but the Lenovo website is confusing and I couldn't tell how much a laptop with better specs would cost. I heard that the vapor cooling system is better, but it's also unclear which models come with that system!

Here's some more general knowledge on what I'm looking for:

    LAPTOP QUESTIONNAIRE

    • Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US:
$1500 USD, could be convinced to go up to $1600
    • Are you open to refurbs/used?
      No
    • How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life?
Battery is not as important as I don't usually have it unplugged, I'd rather have something that's sturdy and can perform well. I would like if it stayed cool during gaming and quiet during not-gaming, so preferably some fans that do a good job under stress but that pipe down when I don't need them.
    • How important is weight and thinness to you?
I move it from room to room so being lighter helps, but it's not a priority.
    • Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A.
      15.6"
    • Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.
I play and develop games, and I want better specs especially for the development part. I might use Maya or Blender for 3d modeling, and I will definitely need to run Unity.
    • If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?
I mostly play indie games like Pyre, Hollow Knight, Stardew Valley, and Spiritfarer, but it would be nice to be able to run games on the level of Cyberpunk 2077.
    • Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?
I don't want to buy a separate webcam, so many of the ASUS laptops are right out. I use USB mouse and will never use the touchpad, but I would like a decent keyboard, possibly with a numpad. I don't care how clacky the keyboard is, since sometimes it's better to having typing be quieter. Keyboard lights are nice, but not essential
    • Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion.
I have a cooling pad, but overheating is still a concern for me.

    Unique Suggestion request: Internet-free Laptop

    Posted: 03 Sep 2020 12:43 AM PDT

    LAPTOP QUESTIONNAIRE

Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US:

    • $500-$1000 CAD before tax

    Are you open to refurbs/used?

    • Yes, refurbished preferred

How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life?

    • Build quality > battery life > performance > form factor

How important is weight and thinness to you?

    • Prefer <4lbs

Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A.

    • 13/14" preferred, 1080p preferred

Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.

    • No. Microsoft office or equivalent (must be able to run offline indefinitely).

If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?

    • None.

Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?

    • Must have removable wifi/bluetooth card, good keyboard (very important), ideally trackpad with tap-to-click function. Must be able to run display in grayscale. Reliable build quality preferred, should last a few years at least.

Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion.

I need a laptop that will run MS office or equivalent without wifi hardware or internet connection. It will basically be a glorified word processor/PDF editor, so the keyboard is very important. I am currently leaning toward a Thinkpad because I've heard they have good keyboards, but I don't know which model would best suit my requirements.

    Many thanks

Roblox/basic internet use for school, 13 yr old, United States, <$400

    Posted: 02 Sep 2020 08:53 PM PDT

    LAPTOP QUESTIONNAIRE

    • Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US:

-was hoping $420 USD would be the max but I'm flexible

    • Are you open to refurbs/used?

YES, preferably from NewEgg otherwise directly from manufacturer (no amazon, etc.)

    • How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life?

It really just needs to be able to easy support Roblox and basic school work (google, google classroom, Microsoft word, etc.) she plays Sims 4 on her current laptop, that would be a perk if it could also support that.

    • How important is weight and thinness to you?

      Not super important at all

    • Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A.

-average to larger. Nothing below 13 inches

    • Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.

Just Roblox and maybe Sims 4

    • If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?

I have very little understanding of what is needed for Roblox or Sims 4.

    • Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?

Her current laptop is relatively new, keys fall off, keyboard stops working entirely at least 2x a week. Any windows update gets stuck and the laptop basically needs reset often. NO LENOVO

    • Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion.

NO LENOVO. I would prefer to order refurbished from New Egg or directly from manufacture. Not trying to be cheap but $400-500 is a generous cap, preferably (quite a bit?) lower. I want it to last her a few years. She really only does basic school work (temporarily due to Covid) but the main concern is Roblox. Sims 4 isn't a priority but if it can support that too that's great.

Looking for a student/gaming/sneaker bot laptop

    Posted: 02 Sep 2020 08:32 PM PDT

My budget would be around $1600 maybe I can do a couple hundred more if worth it.

I am a college student and I am looking for something that can fit in a backpack. So around 15 inches or less if possible. Also since most classes now require zoom I would need for there to be a camera.

As far as gaming goes, I would just really want to play modded COD zombies and Minecraft. I already have a ps4 which is where my majority of gaming is going to be on.

I am located in the US

Not really looking for a PC as I want portability.

Help Me Choose A Laptop (From These Options)

    Posted: 02 Sep 2020 07:42 PM PDT

Posted a few days ago looking for a laptop... took some of the suggestions and came out with a few options, and I was hoping you guys might be able to steer me in the right direction for the final purchase.

To recap, I'm looking for a budget laptop (<$650) for post-secondary schoolwork/productivity with these minimum specs (as laid out by the program):

    15.6" screen

Quad core CPU with minimum boost clock of 3.0 GHz

    8GB RAM

    256GB SSD

    802.11 ac wireless

The options I've found are the following:

Ryzen Dell Inspiron 15 5000 ($656.99 CAD after coupon)

Intel Dell Inspiron 15 5000 ($611.99 CAD after coupon)

Acer Aspire 3 ($569.99 CAD, open box)

    ASUS Vivobook ($649.99 CAD)

I'm leaning toward the Ryzen Dell Inspiron because it's the newest model, and what seems like a pretty sweet deal. We're also tentatively planning to sell the laptop within the next 2-3 years to build a PC instead, once her program is finished and the portability of a laptop is no longer necessary. So I feel like the resale value for this model will be a lot higher. Basically, we're trying to find something that meets the minimum specs, for as low cost as possible, with decent resale value.

Cheapest laptop that could play Cyberpunk 2077?

    Posted: 02 Sep 2020 02:33 PM PDT

    Hi everyone!

Exactly as the title said- I'm looking for the cheapest laptop that could play Cyberpunk 2077, Witcher 3 and other resource intensive games. I am not going to give a budget because I'm extremely broke, but I'd like a goal I can aim for.:)

Trying to find a laptop that can handle gaming while streaming(Under $1600 US)

    Posted: 02 Sep 2020 10:41 PM PDT

I'm looking to start streaming and uploading to Youtube and Twitch and need a real gaming laptop. I play a lot of COD Warzone and World of Warcraft so hoping the laptop can handle games like these with a stream going. I found a laptop on sale from Best Buy that is $1600 and seems to have good specs. The link is below because I don't want to write it all out.

Can anyone confirm if this will be enough for what I want or give a suggestion for a gaming laptop that can? If more information is needed I can add it to the post.

*IN NEED OF SUGGESTIONS* Architectural Work/Light Gaming Laptop BUDGET: $1500-2000AUD

    Posted: 02 Sep 2020 10:36 PM PDT

    • Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US:
I'm not entirely sure if what i'm looking for will be in the price range i currently have, but an ideal range atm would be between $1500AUD to an absolute maximum of $2000AUD
    • Are you open to refurbs/used?
I would very much prefer new, but i'm also open to other suggestions!
    • How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life?
Performance>Build Quality>Battery Life>Form Factor (2-in-1 would be awesome but not necessary)
    • How important is weight and thinness to you?
Not the most important, but if I have two suggestions of the same/similar specs, I would opt for the lighter.
    • Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A.
Between 14" and 16" ideally, im not really fussed though.
    • Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.
YES! As my work is essentially architectural design and urban planning the programs can be quite heavy. Programs include: Autodesk Revit/Maya/AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign. Sometimes a few at the same time!
    • If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?
I think that I would generally have all my games on my current desktop to play, but I may do some light gaming in my downtime playing most trending games or mostly Minecraft/Rocket League/COD So if it can handle those well that'd be sweet!
    • Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?
Not necessarily, just good performance and reliability.
    • Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion.
I've generally done all of my Uni work on my current desktop, and now at the end of my degree moving into the workforce I believe that portability will be almost necessary. I have an adequate knowledge on computers but i've been completely out of the loop with laptops, so if my budget is too low please let me know and show me some suggestions so i know what to save for! Thanks for reading this far through, i appreciate it.

    Good laptop for college student?

    Posted: 02 Sep 2020 10:36 PM PDT

I got an iPad Pro for paper-related purposes, i.e notes, files, textbooks etc and now see that most of my classes are online.

I have my eye on a Lenovo, but want to ask if there are any decent laptops, Lenovo or not, in the $400-$600 range to use for watching lectures, joining zoom calls, emails, quiz/test taking, etc

    Bot Form:

    • Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US:
      $400-$600
    • Are you open to refurbs/used?
Yes but only from trustworthy sellers like Newegg, amazon, etc. but outside of that, directly from the manufacturer or authorized sellers
    • How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life?
      - Battery life is the biggest need so that's up there
      - Good quality and performance, not looking to game on it, just do school stuff
      - Preferably mid-weight, 15lbs or less
      - 2-in-1 would be a HUGE plus, but it's just something I want and not at all something I need
    • How important is weight and thinness to you?
I'd be carrying it in a standard backpack around campus for maybe 2-6 hours a day, so it's moderately important
    • Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A.
13"-15". I used to own a 17" and it just barely fit in my backpack, but the edges poked out of the sides of the backpack, so smaller than 17" but still a good size
    • Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.
      - No gaming, have my own desktop for that
      - Maybe, but highly unlikely, some CAD, Autodesk Inventor, and the like but that's only if I'm away from home for more than 2 or 3 days at a time which happens maybe once a month, and these programs I use for myself, not for anything important
    • If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?
      No Gaming
    • Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?
      - Comfortable keyboard and good quality touchpad
      - Good/Reliable build quality made to last at least 3 years
      - Finger-print/touch-screen not at all required
      - Standard laptop ports, USB 2.0 or 3.0, HDMI, ethernet etc.
      - BLUETOOTH
    • Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion.
I'm literally gonna use it for what I like to call "office work" and school-related tasks. If it can be touch-screen or 2-in-1 (foldable for touch-screen use) that'd be AMAZING, but that's just a preference and not at all a requirement. More like a passing thought I guess.
