| Posted: 25 Jun 2020 12:36 PM PDT I'm only writting this because I've had to make this decision and I'm seeing the same questions being asked. Before I bought the Mi Note 10 Lite I had the Mi 9T Pro, the reason for this sidegrade was that battery life is more important for me than a flagship processor and I was getting a little concerned with the durability of the pop-up camera. - My main issue with this device was the display, I don't really care about amoled vs ips or curved displays vs flat, I only care about about quality. I've had curved and flat, ips and amoled and I can say that this was the worst curved screen (and amoled display) I've ever used.
For me the cons outweight the pros of this phone, the camera is really good, sony really outdid themselves with this sensor however I don't feel that it's much of an upgrade compared with the camera on the redmi note 9 pro, I believe that the sony sensor on the mi note 10 lite is superior to the samsung one but xiaomi's implementation makes it feel like it's only slightly better for photos, and for video it's the same (same sharpness, same bitrate, same video stabilization only on 1080p30, slightly different colour profile, same audiobitrate). The redmi note 9 pro (global version with 64mp samsung sensor and nfc) has an ips display but I prefer a good ips display to a bad amoled one, the redmi note 9 pro has a slightly smaller battery but I found that I've had better battery life on the redmi, the camera performs the same for video but for photos (with the main sensor) the note 10 lite is better, the note 10 lite also charges faster than the redmi note 9 pro, wifi speeds the proximity sensor (for calls) are better on the redmi and it has an sd card reader. So with all of this being said, I feel that the Redmi Note 9 Pro is the better phone overall. . . . This is just my opinion but I hope this helps. I also recommend checking techtablets video on both of these phones, he covers every phone in depth and he also believes that the display on the mi note 10 lite is subpar. [link] [comments]  | ||

I updated the weather app of my mi 9t Pro (through apk mirror) and every time I try to open the app, the message from the titles appears and the app doesn't work. | MIUI 12/Mi 9t Pro - Swipe up to Google Posted: 25 Jun 2020 01:10 PM PDT I recently got the update to MIUI 12, but I seemed to have permanently lost swipe up to Google gesture. On MIUI 11, I used ADB to remove Mi Browser, but after the update doing so results in a Failure [-1000] error. I've tired the clear default option, that some reported as working on previous MIUI built. Those don't work either.
