| Windows 10 taskbar color gets stuck on battery saving mode Posted: 05 Feb 2020 06:22 AM PST I have windows 10 version 1909. When I'm on battery saving mode (best battery life) only, whenever the accent color changes, the rest of the taskbar color gets stuck to what ever was previously and doesn't change. Until I move the power mode slider into the higher options. I made sure I have change taskbar color checked, I tried to setting the windows color to custom and nothing is working. It's annoying me because I have wallpaper engine set to change the windows color according to the wallpaper and the task bar keeps getting stuck. I tried uninstalling wallpaper engine to see if it's causing the issue but it didn't Here are screenshots to explain what I'm talking about, as well as my settings that I have. TL;DR, when my laptop is on battery saving mode the color of rist of the taskbar doesn't change. | Posted: 05 Feb 2020 01:35 PM PST Hi! I'm having trouble with an outlook account. I noticed at the end of the work day that a few of my coworkers hadn't received my emails from today. I then went to check my email and couldn't find one single mail I had sent today in either "outbox" or "drafts". I'm using the pre-installed Outlook 2016 app on my computer. As it is for work I am logged on the job server on my laptop through Citrix. Control panel shows me I'm using Windows Server 2016. I have now checked and can confirm that not one email I have sent today has been received by anyone. I have however received mail myself. I tried google, but all I could find solutions for were regarding email stuck in outbox and a problem where messages were being sent, but a copy wasn't saved in the "sent" folder (I checked this setting and it is checked off on the right setting). I would have taken this problem to the IT department at work, but it's not that big of a business and apparently they are off until next week. Thank you so much in advance for the help! | So my cat walked over my keyboard... Posted: 04 Feb 2020 11:57 PM PST So my cat walked over my keyboard... I'm not sure what she did at all, and I've tried googling it. I don't want to have to restart my laptop every fuggin time this happens, cuz it's happened to me so many times. I have a surface book, the first one. The keyboard still works. I can use the mouse, but when I try to type it just opens the menu on google chrome. When I try the space bar it opens another menu. I've tried detaching and reattaching. I've tried pressing ctrl and shift at the same time. Restarting it does work, but it's a huge pain in my ass every time she walks across my keyboard. Plz help [link] [comments]  |
