    Thinking of getting an iphone XR change my mind

    Due for an upgrade trying to decide between S10+ or an XR.

    Hows the experience with the s10 im on an s9 and its ok but samsungs for me often get stuttery and laggy over time.

    Ive also heard the battery is really good on the XR

    The screen is shittier but i dont even know at this point

    Difficulty switching from iPhone to Samsung

    For those that switched from an iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy S-device, how difficult was it to switch ecosystems? My mom currently has an iPhone 7 Plus and I'm trying to convince her that a Samsung Galaxy S-device would be a better upgrade for her than another iPhone, but she's not tech-savvy and I know the iPhone was originally designed for the non-tech savvy person. Is it a difficult switch (besides the typical minor growing pains of switching ecosystems)?

    Is there any plan to realease a tablet similar to the Samsung S5e or the Tab A in 2020?

    Hi guys. I really liked the S5e but the 3.5mm jack is a must for me and I red some people are facing issues with the wifi. Also I wanted to buy the tab A 2019 but they stripped too many featuers from the 2018 version for my taste. I am willing to wait to see if some new tablets will come out next year 2020 but I don't know if Samsung plans to replace these models so soon considering they are pretty new models. Any one know how many month/years they use to wait before releasing a new model? Thanks guys.

    Play protect : device is nor certified

    So i got an s8 for my birthday a year ago. There is however a really big problem with it : the google play protect is not certified. This means that i cannot install apps like netflix, snapchat doesn't work and google pay can't be used for paying in stores. I already tried the website where you enter your device ID and it didn't seem to work. The phone is most probably not new. Can anyone help me ? Thanks.

    PS : I want to solve this problem mostly for the use of samsung pay
