    The battery life seems to be a mixed bag. When watching Youtube or Netflix I can get great SOT however when I'm using the phone just check emails and messages I'm struggling to get 3 hours SOT? Is this normal? All I use is whatsapp facebook messenger and Chrome and it seems to drain the phone.

    PSA: Samsung wireless ear buds loosing volume. What I found out and how I fixed it

    I've had my galaxy buds for about a year now, I honestly love them, the touch pads, the little abilitys they have the size and the quality.

    One issue I have faced is that the left one lost almost all of its volume and the right about 50% when I had them at full blast.

    I called Samsung and was told to turn the volume up... Great one Samsung, I love your products but that was a real slap in my face.

    I made a post here but it yielded no results. I then turned to google and tried the solution there.

    -THE PROBLEM- THERE IS EARWAX IN THE MESH OF THE EARBUDS.

    -THE SOLUTION- USE ISOPROPYL ALCAHOL ON A COTTON EARBUD TO MELT THE WAX. (wound cleaning alcahol)

    NOTE: HAVE THE BUDS COMPLETELY DISCHARGED AND HAVE THEM FACING DOWN SO THE FLUID DOES NOT GO FURTHER INTO THE BUD.

    Possible to change the battery in the S10+?

    I'm thinking of buying the S10+, but I usually keep phones for 3 or 4 years before upgrading. Generally this means I need a new battery at some point around year 2 or 3 to keep the phone reasonably usable.

    Is it possible to change the battery on the S10+? Is this a service that samsung or a 3rd party would offer? Any idea on the price if so?

    I miss them.

    I already lost them, left them on a desk I was studying at in the library. I knew I shouldnt have bought them when money is kind of tight but I thought I would.get a lot of use out of them. Let this be a warning to you irresponsible fellows that think you will magically be more responsible with this piece of tech.

    Does the new Flexbook 2-in-1 have facial recognition? The press release just said "biometric" scanning, so I'm assuming it only has a fingerprint scanner. Unfortunately, my experience with Samsung customer service has been atrocious so far, and I don't trust their answers, which is why I have to rely on Reddit. That's kind of sad. The same goes for Dell and HP. Ironically, only Lenovo, a Chinese company, decided to set up US call centers with competent reps.

    The Frame TV - mounting over outlet?

    I would like to get the Frame tv for over my fireplace, and am wondering if it MUST be mounted against a flat surface? Can I mount it such that it is not truly "no gap" and sits covering an outlet and a cable hiding wall plate? What if I get recessed ones (that still aren't truly flush?)

    So recently purchased a Note 10+ from Microsoft on Ebay for $699. First thing I noticed was how the box was sealed: https://imgur.com/a/nSiYffH. I would've thought it'd be in shrink-wrapping or had a better seal to it. The phone came with all the protective plastic covering all over it though.

    Samsung Galaxy Buds not in sync (Mac)

    My galaxy buds will connect fine to all my devices, but won't be fully in sync, especially on my macbook. The problem is still there on my galaxy s9, but not as severe. I understand that wireless is not as good as wired, but I feel like my other bluetooth headset was in sync just fine. Has anyone else experienced this?
