| Just wanted to share the worst SOT and battery performance I've ever experienced on my 6T! Posted: 17 Dec 2019 11:00 AM PST Had my phone die on me yesterday morning, charged it 0-100% and the battery just started draining fast! I had no processes or tasks running in the background or updates. I had my GPS, Bluetooth and wifi turned off. Screen Brightness was at half. I leaned towards the 7 pro because of the $200 discount. My first choice is the nebula blue and grey is my second choice. I've been waiting for the Nebula blue to restock but recently the grey was out of stock as well. I checked the site earlier and the grey came back in stock so I immediately brought it. Now I need to decide if I want to keep the grey or wait to see if the blue will restock.. OR wait until the OnePlus 8. It seems a lot of people on here are flaunting the fact that they are using generations old phones and still have no desire to switch. Does the longevity that these phones seem to have still seem like it will hold up with the newer models like the 6t? What makes them last so long? And how does that compare to the 3a? BUT I just want to share my opinion on OP I own the OnePlus 7T Pro 5G Mclaren Edition and i have to say that this phone is just amazing! It is fast and the screen is bright and the pictures are outstanding. I have a Pixel 4 XL as well and i have to say that i am loving OP way better than the Pixel. I know that the Pixel gets Updates first and all that but.... man i have to say with the more storage and clearer screen and upgraded RAM wow this phone blows the pixel out of the water. Never had that before... And right after entering all the Sim pins and acces pin, I was asked to grant location acces to an app called Location Carrier Access. Also, never had that before. | OP 7t bluetooth metadata car issue Posted: 17 Dec 2019 02:44 PM PST Since I got my oneplus 7t from tmobile, I've been having issues with the AVRCP / Metadata showing /transferring correctly to my vehicle. I drive a 2016 chrysler 200c, and my LG v40 handled audio in that perfectly (android 9). The song will show most of the time now that I've set the AVRCP in developer options, but changing songs and scrolling through them reveals the true issue. It often will change songs and then the previous songs title will show. Then when you change again, the previous song updates on the screen. It will also update the tracking in the song only once every 3 seconds, so there is always a lag in that update (resolution is 3 seconds, I should say). Scanning within a song yields 3 second jumps, very slowly. Not a usable feature anymore. I have cleared YouTube music data, removed and added the phone to my car etc. No clue how to resolve this, but it isn't the first thing I miss from my v40 unfortunately.... Any ideas??
