PS4 won't install software with USB drive. Posted: 19 Dec 2019 10:05 AM PST Long story: Water got spilled on my PS4 a while ago (while it's turned on) and of course it stopped working. I got it fixed, and when I returned the HDD after I got it fixed, it wasn't recognizing the OS. So it was loading into the installing software using USB. It didn't work. I formatted the SSHD as NTFS. Tried it again, it won't work. The error I'm getting an error saying: the USB storage device is not connected (SU-41333-4). I made sure I'm doing the right steps I formatted it as FAT32 and had the update file in the named folders. The USB was clearly working because the LED was turned on. I tried formatting the SSHD now as exFAT and still the same issue. Keep in mind, I had the old default PS4 500GB HDD and it's working and the PS4 loaded up. But I want to use my 1TB SSHD. What can I do? Is there a way to install the PS4 system software the SSHD directly by connecting it to my PC? TL;DR: I tried to install the PS4 system software using USB drive and it won't work. I tried formatting the SSHD as NTFS and as exFAT and in both cases I'm getting the error: "the USB storage device is not connected (SU-41333-4)". [link] [comments]
Tried to rename user on windows 10, now no programs are opening up Posted: 19 Dec 2019 10:02 AM PST I followed this video, step by step, on how to change the name of your user on windows. After I did what it said, the video said to sign out. When I signed back in, I got a boat load of error messages and nothing opens up, not even the start menu. The video is here: https://youtu.be/w5N2aaiToiQ I think I might have done something wrong at around the 2 minute mark. Please help me here. [link] [comments]

Need help to get back into locked iCloud account Posted: 19 Dec 2019 12:39 AM PST So I've had this iPad for since 2012, and I think it's an iPad 4. I can't remember when I last updated it, but a couple months ago, it crashed and logged out of my iCloud account. And I stupidly put in the wrong password and now the whole account is locked. It's completely unresponsive, even when I put in the right password now. I don't remember my answers to my security questions either. I've gone to Apple stores and even the main/big location in NYC to get it checked out, but still nothing. What can I do? Should I try using the dr fone thing and hope it's not a scam? Is the "Official iPhone Unlock website" that uses the IMEI number and money trustworthy at all? Would any of those services keep my old iCloud information intact? The whole reason why I'm even bothering is to get back old photos. Any reccomendations and help would be greatly appreciated!! [link] [comments]
