Android Gaming Are there any games that genuinely have puzzles like this in them? Ive installed these before and they're always nothing like the ad. Surprised FB allows such false adverts.

Looking for a game like Zenonia especially if I can play it on the Nvidia shield TV

    Posted: 28 Dec 2019 02:11 PM PST

Used to play Zenonia but it doesn't work on my Galaxy S10+ for some reason I can only get so far before it crashes. That aside I was wondering if there were games similar especially if I can play them on the shield with a controller.

One handed guy looking for a multiplayer game to play with a friend

    Posted: 28 Dec 2019 12:30 PM PST

I've been trying to find an Android multiplayer game to play with an old friend as he rarely plays on PC anymore (where I usually play).

Problem is, being one handed makes most dual stick games a very frustrating experience.

What multiplayer games that are 1 handed friendly would you recommend that might fit the bill?

Being able to play on the same side a huge bonus.

    iPega Unicorn PG-9120 not working

    Posted: 28 Dec 2019 04:11 PM PST

Idk if this is a good subreddit, but I wasn't sure where to go. A friend got the controller for me, so I'm not sure if this is the exact model, but it should be. It connects to my phone, but it doesn't do anything. It isn't recognized in the octopus button mapping app it said to get. I'm not sure if it didn't recognize my phone, or what. My phone is a OnePlus 7 Pro that I updated to Android 10 using the oxygen updater app. If anyone has any idea what to do, that would be helpful.

[REQUEST] Base-Building Game similar to Age of Empires?

    Posted: 28 Dec 2019 06:58 PM PST

I've strayed away from most games on the store as none of them appeal to me, specifically the either stylized low poly or simplistic pixel art paired with in app purchases.

I mainly play PC style games or even ports (Baldur's Gate, Titan Quest, Windward, Tropico e.t.c) but haven't managed to find a base building game that has an unsaturated art style, no IAP's nor ads and features similar gameplay (or even art style) to Age of Empires, Stronghold or Cossacks.

So far the closeset I've been was TheoTown but it's a city-builder and Fallout Shelter came off as too much of a mobile game, with it's currencies and gameplay, tap a few times, and go idle waiting for things to do their things. I'm looking for something in depth where you can easily have a unobstructed long session.

[DEV] Supreme Sprinter - Android Infinite Runner

    Posted: 28 Dec 2019 05:04 AM PST

    Hello r/AndroidGaming and happy holidays,

My name is Louis and I am a third year game undergrad development student preparing to release my first game for mobile. I have developed a new endless/infinite runner game revolving around the concept of sports objects as the non-stop moving 'character'. Progress through the levels and attempt to set a new high score while avoiding the obstacles. If you lose, you can re-spawn and continue with in-game currency.

While it is not an original concept, it has given me the chance to understand about mobile development which my game tech course has yet to cover. This was done as an independent project. The game was inspired by a first year prototype 'demo' originally built for keyboard input.

I fully understand that this game will not become a massive hit, which is why it is short and simple. Feedback and thoughts are always welcome.

For anyone interested, this will be released exclusively on the Google Play store in Jan 2020.

    Game with certain PvP aspects.

    Posted: 28 Dec 2019 09:57 AM PST

Hello everyone, I'm looking for an android game that has a PvP arena mode. Something similar to the brawl-arena pc games such as Battlerite/BLC, or maybe like the WoW arenas during BC/WoTLK era.

I know that there are some MMORPGs out there that have that, I guess World of Kings being the best of them, but PvP takes no skill there and the rest of the game is rather dull and pointless.

Currently I'm playing Zooba and Paladin's Strike. The first one is pretty new and is nice, I suggest you try it out, but it's a battle royal. Paladin's strike is more closer to a MOBA.

I want to play 2v2,3v3 modes that require strategy and skill and also be able to play as a healer! Ideally there would also be progression outside of arenas too.

Warspear Online has a great combat system, but it relies too much on p2w and auto-crap content.

Also have anyone tried Laurum Online?

Lastly I don't like just asking, it's good to contribute too, so if you're looking for an MMO android game, you can check my recommendation lists 1, 2 (they're pretty old though).

    Thank you for your time!

Anyone who's had this controller longer feel as if the android mode doesn't work as intended or just doesn't work well. I'm noticing that each button only does a touch screen press and the joysticks just swipe across the screen. It's a shame it works underwhelmingly
