Connecting Samsung Phone (Note 9) and Samsung Tablet (Tab S4) with Samsung Flow via Wi-Fi Direct? Posted: 28 Sep 2019 08:18 AM PDT The title says it all, how do I connect both in the absence of a Wi-Fi hotspot, via Wi-Fi direct, and NOT via Bluetooth? I've even connected both devices via Wi-Fi Direct prior to starting Flow on both, but they refuse to see each other thru means other than Bluetooth. [link] [comments]
Upgrade from S8 to Note 9 or OP7T Posted: 28 Sep 2019 07:33 AM PDT I am using an S8 since it launched, i dont want to spend that kind of money buying the current gen samsung flagship. My phone has a lot of burn in and id like to get something new. So i had a deal where i was getting these prices after i exchange my S8. Note 9 at $467 OnePlus 7T at $396 I really like the wireless charging feature which is why i am keeping away from OP but OP has timely update and will get android 10 and 11 since it is on android 10 iut of the box. Posted: 28 Sep 2019 07:23 AM PDT We both use galaxy S10+ and we wanted to use Samsung messages to communicate, just like iPhones iMessage the question is will it be free or are this just standard paid messages ? I've heard that one ui users get free messages (like WhatsApp/iMessage) to other one ui users. How do I know if it sends a free message (like iMessage/WhatsApp) and when it's a standard paid message. Why the eff does the Stitcher app start playing randomly on my phone, s9?!?! Posted: 28 Sep 2019 06:54 AM PDT I just plugged my headphones in and noticed a podcast was playing from the stitcher app. It wasnt open, i havent opened the app in about a week, and I've since listened to other things on other apps. Then a few times since them, every so often I notice its playing again. Open the app, pause, close app. Over and over. Why?! [link] [comments]

Galaxy Buds call quality still poor Posted: 28 Sep 2019 04:52 AM PDT So did Samsung give up on fixing it? Or is it just not possible to fix it with a software update? I like the sound of it, the whole wireless-ness, and such, but the call quality is way below average. I can understand people just fine, but everyone of course complains about how I sound. Kinda wanna send them back, but on the other hand, for the most part, they're amazing. Edit:// On an S8, all latest updates, including buds. [link] [comments]
Windows Phone Companion AppQuestion Posted: 28 Sep 2019 04:52 AM PDT Does anyone know whether the Windows Phone Companion App allows you to use apps in the Secure Folder? It always seems to have the screen blacked out when trying to use these apps. [link] [comments]
Does Samsung Smart Switch move data from an SD card? Posted: 28 Sep 2019 03:58 AM PDT I recently transferred my phone data from my old Galaxy A5 to my new Galaxy A40 through Samsung Smart Switch. It seems like it worked well, but I was wondering if the files that I had saved on the SD card from the A5 were also copied onto the internal storage of the A40. I ask because I plan on wiping the SD card, effectively having the extra 32 GB, and adding that to the A40. When I transferred he files, I did so by moving them onto a phone (A40) which would be able to store both the internal and external storage of the previous phone (A5). So to summarise my question: When I transfer data from a phone with an SD card fitted, onto a phone that has the capacity to store both onto the internal storage, would Smart Switch have copied the data from the SD card onto the new device as well, or would I need to physically move the SD card onto the new phone to access the files on it? give us a break helping others freely. Posted: 28 Sep 2019 03:25 AM PDT People here, like myself and others use valuable time helping others. Or just use google and do your own research. A stable principled mind will understand this.Remember, I and others aren't personal robots. But a leopard never changes its spots. Adults with self respect don't do such. Children do. Can those who hit and run find something productive to do, and see that we spend time helping others, then gets even solutions down voted. It's just a damn principal. Sadly, many do these things when online, and sadly the true nature in real life. Being selfish as if there's one on earth won't cut it. So next time just if it isnt to your standards, just move on, or simply just comment. netiquette is key, give and receive respect. Just what I mean, instant downvote after posting. Some here needs a lesson on respect. [link] [comments] |
