Try this if your idle/standby battery drain is very high Posted: 29 Sep 2019 01:56 PM PDT I've been getting incredibly high idle/standby battery drain on my 6T on Android 9 for the last few weeks, 2 days ago I went to bed at 98% and woke up and it was 90%, left for work and on the way to work (30 minute drive) it dropped to 85% and the screen on time was only 5-6 minutes so there was something seriously wrong as that kind of battery drain with that kind of usage was just ridiculous. So I read up online and I tried a solution that has completely fixed it for me without changing how the phone functions at all. ​ Go into the Device Health Services app and delete its Cache and Data and when in there also reset Adaptive Brightness to default. After doing this the massive idle battery drain stopped and when I got down to 85% from 100% the screen on time was over 1.5 hours so it can't be a coincidence. Now I don't know how long it'll stay fixed like this before I have to repeat this process but Google/OnePlus seriously need to fix this crap, we shouldn't have to do these things. I have set the theme/tone on my phone to dark with Android 10. Now every time I plug it in it changes part of the theme to a light theme. How can I fix this? Anyone play Fate Grand Order and be able to help? Posted: 29 Sep 2019 05:41 PM PDT I know this isn't really the place for this kind of question but the Grand Order subreddit haven't been able to help either. I downloaded the game a few days ago and it's been getting more and more unpayable because of how often it's been crashing. I'm on a completely stock OnePlus 6T no USB debugging no gaming mode I've cleared the cache several times and that hasn't helped I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times I've sent the crash report email to support a few times a day and there's been no response. It doesn't crash in one particular spot. Could be doing anything anywhere. Android 10 killed Bluetooth codecs on my 7 Pro Posted: 29 Sep 2019 04:56 AM PDT I was wondering why the audio quality on my normally great Wf1000mx3 sounded so mediocre so I checked the app and saw the codec was SBC instead of AAC. Nothing I did would change it back. Tried another set Bluetooth audio, same problem, stuck on SBC. Is there a way to make it remember that I want full volume? how does oneplus 7 t/pro Audio quality compare to a 6s? Posted: 29 Sep 2019 11:11 AM PDT as im 90% sure now that i want a 7t, im trying to learn as much about it as i can since it'll be my first android. so im wondering how the audio quality of the 7 pro (and im gonna assume that the 7t will have the same audio driver as the 7pro) compare to that of the iphone 6s. ive read a couple posts saying that ever since oneplus removed the 3.55 jack, audio quality hasnt been as good. are there any truth to this claim?
