    HTC 10 has gone haywire

I've had my HTC 1O for just over a year. The troubles began when the sleep/home button at the bottom stopped working - it would take a screenshot instead of bringing me to the home screen. The problem went away as soon as it started but then it came back with a vengeance. From there problems have snowballed - my headphones keep cutting out with the slightest touch on the headphone jack. The 'power off/restart phone' keeps flashing even when my phone is lying completely idle.

I went to Carphone Warehouse about it and the guy said he had the same phone, with the same problems at the same time and just not to trust HTC again. Which is all well and good but I paid half a grand for this phone, there must be something I can do about the situation? It's appalling that a phone can fall apart so spectacularly when you're paying that kind of money for it.

    *I've tried factory reset
