| Posted: 12 May 2019 11:26 AM PDT Hi everyone, I had the U11+ for quite a while, and lately noticed some white "fog" that started appearing on the edge of the screen. At first, it seemed like burn-in of an image, but then, after going into reset menu, the "fog" flickered. Say what you want about burn-in, but it wont flicker, so I figured it was a software issue. I was proven right when the white fog appeared on several screenshots i took using the built in screenshot tool. Also, I'm aware that this issue was brought up before here, and my issue is the same, but it has nothing to do with the physical screen, rather, it's a software issue. Now my question to you is: How to solve the damn thing? soft and hard reset don't seem to do the trick, and I suspect it's some sort of planned self-destruction by HTC... [link] [comments]  |
