    The battery life for me so far has been kinda poor. It doesn't make it through a the day and if I put it on around 9-10am it's dead by 6pm. Any tips on settings to optimize the performance

    How do you disable wifi calling?

    All I can set is prefer cellular network. But wifi calling always kicks on. I want to disable it and can't find how to do it on my S8 or S10+.

    I know many people prefer to use other settings like adaptive display to for vibrant colours, but does anyone use basic mode as their regular setting?

    I know most photographers would prefer basic to see the most accurate and natural colours and lighting.

    App: game tools issue

    I've contacted Samsung 3 times by phone, hung up on twice, and by their email/ticket system 5 times, none resulting in an answer that says its fixable.

    My issue is with the app game tools. Specifically the dimmer. And maybe it's the way I think it should work (and old update that worked this way) vs the new update and how it currently works.

    Previously, I could turn the dimmer on and it would only dime the screen to basically being off. I use this with a lotnof games that I want to keep running, but keep the screen off. The ussual comment is just do it from the swipe down menu bar. I could, but with game tools I can touch the screen and the dimmer is off.

    There was an update somewhere around Nov 2018-Jan 2019 this year that broke it - meaning turning on the dimmer also gave about 50% loss to graphics. Things would run super slow. But I could still technically turn off Samsung updates, and uninstall game tools updates. Easy fix.

    Here recently, my s8+ was updated to the new os. The new OS doesnt have an update of game tools that works the way it use to. Who else can I talk to about this issue? Its not hardware, the 3 phone guys all did the same tests and said it's just the apps I play. Which every game I tested on, about 20 of them, all have this 50% degraded graphics issue. When I asked them who I can talk to about the app and updates 2 eventually hung up because they refused to think it's the app itself, or perhaps they couldnt do anything and the online guys all say to contact the hardware phone support.

    I text, browse and make calls, but about 75% of my screen time is probably games. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Virtual LED on virtual bezel

    Is there any way to make a virtual notification LED on the virtual bezel that is on phone like the S10 and A50? only Samsung could do this, because that screen area is not shown to other apps

    Note 9 Fast Charging Issue?

    I'm having a very strange problem with my Note 9's fast charging. No matter what brick or cord I use, I get "cable charging" after a bit. When I first plug in the charger it says "Fast Charging: ETA" then maybe after 15 - 30 seconds it changes from that to "Cable Charging: 2*ETA". It works fine with a Wireless Charger. I've used compressed air to clear out all of the ports, but I have not attempted any other method of cleaning. Using a fast charging brick. The fast charge setting is on. Any suggestions?

    Store Music on SD Card

    Messaging since update

    My AT&T S10 got an update yesterday and since then, when I get replies to my texts (samsung messages) it will put the reply up above the message they are replying to. Anyone else having this issue? Keep thinking I'm not getting replies to my messages cause my last sent is the latest in the thread.

    How do you keep your galaxy buds and inside case clean?

    It goes in your ear which isn't the cleanest place after a day of being out at which point you take out your buds and put them inside a case. Seems a bit unhygienic, any way to clean them?
