If you have this problem you may have a Virus. I currently do not. I've came across various types of viruses in the past on people's PC'S and encountered some interesting things. I have never came across a root kit of any kind but I've also never encountered a problem I could not fix.

Now, I am not claiming to be a professional of any sort but my passion is in Network Security and I'm barely a "Script Kitty". Now if you're a professional that's stumped and you've just read that last part and said I'm definitely not going to be taking advice from this noob. Please don't click away just yet.

I have a shity Dell laptop, and I've experienced very slow loading times on just about everything. From loading into an application to "Slow internet" but in my case I could never find out what the problem was. Sure windows 10 has many issues with dealing with how the system works and the tasks that is brought to it. It overloads the CPU. I've tried for years to get my PC to run more efficiently. One day I took a look at my task manager and asked for help. To no avail from many corresponds and hours of time talking about solutions to the problem. I had no luck. I have reset my computer more times than I care to admit but nothing helped. I kept my personal information on it, I've completely wiped the drives and started new. Still the CPU usage was 100%. I thought "Well shit. It's time for a new PC." After watching videos and wasting hours of my life trying to fix this damn problem I finally figured it out.

I have a problem, I become obsessed with a problem and I can't let it go. I searched through every scrap of programs I can find to see if I had something malicious. I & malware programs could find nothing. In a last attempt I said "fuck it. " I hit the windows button on my keyboard combined with (R) and typed (msconfig) and if you don't know what that is, it's your windows services I then went to disable all and HOLY SHIT WTF JUST HAPPENED?!?!?!?!

After my computer restarted, my CPU usage was now at 1%!

Of course my audio was turned off and a multitude of other features were off. But why? WTF windows 10?! You're such an asshole.

I still don't know what creates that problem and I've spent hours working on it. When I mean hours I mean hours. I've literally went through and turned about 3 services on and restarted my computer to see if I can narrow down the problem. I would love to receive some help, but I'm not sure if anyone wants to. Its boring as hell and takes a LOT of time but I've concluded that it's a combination of services that messes with other services to make it look like one service is overwhelming the CPU. Honestly. I've gotten back up to 100% CPU and turned on and off those last services that I turned on even in different combinations, and it doesn't just effect those services, meaning I can't find a specific service that causes the issue. I just kept turning on services 3 by 3 until my CPU was running efficiently. Even after I've turned on the service's that are important for windows to run correctly.

The funniest part of all of this is watching how each service effects your PC and keeping them on and turning on more helped. At one point my Memory usage was 90%+ and disk usage was the same while my CPU was at a cool -20% vise versa and so on and so forth I would like to have a few people I can discuss this with and once we figure it out report this dumb ass shit to Microsoft. Hopefully we can get a big enough crowd behind us to back us up. So these changes will happen. Because I have a feeling that this is done on purpose to get people to buy new products from them so it will "run more optimal and efficiently".

Please get in contact with me if you'd like to join this long lonely voyage with me.

    Thank you.
