| HTC 10 can be charged only with laptop Posted: 27 Nov 2018 07:02 AM PST Hi all, the problem is right in the title. I tried with different functional electric ports, but it doesn't work. I wouldn't bother to charge mobile through laptop but it takes ages. This problem just happened the other day. I restarted it and also switched off, but it didn't helped. Only option i can think about is a factory reset, but i don't want to lose any data (music, contacts, saved data from a game app, etc.). What are my possibilities? Thanks in advance Edit: i realised the problem was the HTC main plug, for now i will use a Samsung main plug as the cable still works fine, probably will get an original HTC quick charger main plug though, don't want the risk to damage the phone [link] [comments]  |
