    Gandcrab (ransomware) attack. Help please

    So, I was using my laptop as usual today until I realized there was a file named "CZYDQCK-DECRYPT.txt" in my desktop, then I realized there was one of those in every single folder in my pc. The text file looks like this (seems like a ransomware to me). I don't have many important files in my pc except a lot of raw pictures and a few game saves. Pleas help. Malwarebytes scan shows some ransomwares and torjans, what should I do with them?

    The text on youtube loads, the sites load, except gifs and videos. They just buffer endlessly. On school wifi, own mobile data and own wifi. I can't watch any videos at all. They don't start. It worked fine, idk what changed it.

    when i boot up to a bootable usb containing prime os, this showed. jagged lines version of normal. i tried other android os, same situation.

    Microphone works in Ubuntu but not in Windows, in the same machine.

    I need the microphone to work in windows for some exclusive windows programs. I have Ubuntu 16.10 and Windows 10 installed on the same Laptop. And the microphone works fine in Ubuntu. The internal mic could be at fault, as I see that only when I plug in a headset with mic, do I get any audio input. But nothing at all in Windows.

    What I tried:
    Windows troubleshooter.
    Uninstalling Device in Device Manager and reinstalling it.
    Updating the Device in Device Manager.
    Uninstalling and Re-installing Manufacturer provided drivers and restarting. (both Win8 and Win10 x64 drivers)
    Trying other headsets. ( I know for a fact it isn't the headset's problem)
    Microphone Privacy after April '18 update. Checked, that ain't the issue.

    So, well, I don't know what else to do. Seems like re-installing windows is the only remaining option. But it will be a mess. My laptop is filled to the brim with data. I'd rather not do that. This is, you are my last resort.

    Help Me, please..

    Monitor has flickering horizontal lines. Problem isn't monitor hardware or VGA. What else could it be?

    Hey my monitor is getting some flickering horizontal lines that scroll from top to bottom and are most visible on a dark background. Monitor isn't the problem it just started happening after I cleaned out PC. It's not a problem with VGA and Power being too close either. What else might it be and where should I look first before blindly messing around with the inside of my computer?

    Apparently I've upvoted multiple heavily downvoted comments on posts that I've never stumbled upon until now, mostly on r/worldnews, most of these threads are old and already locked, I'm very sure i haven't upvoted these comments.
