    So long story short, I was browsing AliExpress and came across this singles day or "Global Shopping Festival" thing. Now currently I own and love my Mi A1 but I would really like to get the A2 Because I despise hardware buttons, the improved camera and larger screen, so I've been watching the prices for the 6GB Ram 128GB storage model because why not. They are discounting this exact model to around €235 or something so I am very keen on pulling the trigger.

    Now lo and behold upon browsing further, I find they will be selling the Pocofone F1 6GB Ram 64GB storage for around €256 or so.

    Now I am well aware of how much better the bang for your buck this is given the internals (SD 845, etc.) But I just can't seem to live without stock Android and I really don't want to have to live with MiUi (not hating, just personal preference).

    What are your tips, go for F1 and flash a rom? Stick to Android one in the A2? What about updates? Will the performance actually differ?

    Who's dick do I need to suck for Xiaomi to create a stock Android flagship killer like the F1, Its almost guaranteed to fly off the shelves. It's like the Nexus that never was.. and my were those the good days.

    Does anyone with a Mi6 or MIUI 10 that has bluetooth always on, because of a smartwatch or something similar, can check if bluetooth is discoverable at anytime?

    I didn't notice this until someone tried to send me a file.

    The gym I work out at has these soft spongey floors.

    I was sitting to do some dumbbell workouts and my note 5 slipped out of my pocket.

    I didn't think anything of it. When I finished working out I noticed a tiny crack on the glass.

    It affects pictures big time.

    Can I just replace the back cover to fix this? Any other suggestions?

    Is there a "Portal" voice pack for the Mi Robot?

    Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a "Portal" (video game) voice pack for the Mi Robot?

    I'm imagining my Mi Robot heading towards the dock, and upon connecting, instead of saying "Charging", it would go "Nap time" like the turrets in Portal. 😍 Instead of saying "Starting the clean-up", it would say "Hellooo" and so on..

    Or perhaps a Cave Johnson one. So many possibilities..

    Hey guys,

    Does anybody know if this is a scam? I saw an advertisement on Reddit from this site. I can't get any information about it, as it is only 4 days old.

    Both are the same site, on a different domain name. Doesn't really make any sense to me. The scooter is 140 euro's which seems too good to be true as well. It is possible to pay with credit card though, so that seems a bit counterintuitive for a scam site, as you can just chargeback. Maybe they are after our credit card information though. The shop is powered by Shopify.

    Edit: I think I have answered my own question. I am pretty sure this is a scam. I would advise not to buy from these sites. They don't have any contact information anywhere on the site and the video they use is linked to a Russian YouTube channel.
