How do I plug an HDMI cable into this older monitor? Posted: 01 Oct 2018 04:06 PM PDT Found and older monitor in my basement and I wanted to hook up my laptop to it and keep it on my desk. Problem is the monitor doesn't have an HDMI input port. I have no idea what this input is. Google says DVI but it looks kinda different idk. https://imgur.com/gallery/zzW2Myo It also had a cable coming out the back that I unplugged that has a slightly different thing on it https://imgur.com/gallery/XNAVjXi Someone help lol [link] [comments] |
Which Component do I need to update? Posted: 01 Oct 2018 08:35 PM PDT My PC was made by a friend for me about four years back, and it's now not up to par with graphics, memory, the whole shebang. I know I need an update but I don't even know where to start as I don't work with that friend anymore. Is there anyway to tell which I would need to buy first, and what type? Or is there a group that someone can recommend when it comes to upgrading one's PC? Thanks so much! And let me know if more information is needed.
