I received my first call after updating to Android 9 Pie, when I looked at the screen the first thought that came to mind was, "why the hell did they changed it? It was simply and nice to look at" . Samsung Max (firewall/data management/privacy) fully functional on One Plus w/ Pie Posted: 25 Sep 2018 02:22 PM PDT There are some apps I want to have no internet communication. Being a non-rooted OP6 with Android Pie, I noticed my Mobiwol firewall app wasn't working properly like it was. one of my samsung devices uses Samsung Max, which is arguably better. not only does it allow easy management to block cell,wifi and even background data. It also compresses data (good for people with limited data plans.) It always said for Samsung devices so never tried it on anything else yet was happy to see it worked perfectly on One Plus 6 and on Android Pie no less. Try it, if you would like. [OP3] Mic doesn't work and Android crash Posted: 25 Sep 2018 05:01 PM PDT Hello. Since three months now, my mic is capricious. It starts working at times, then it no longer works at all to the point where if I open the native application to phone, Android crash. Two days ago, my phone restarted by itself and seemed to start a reset (is it possible?), fortunately nothing was deleted. However, the device has restarted several times before it can be used, just after the home screen was displayed. I have no further details to give.... What do you think I should do? The microphone is deficient and makes Android unstable? I've already tried a reset, it didn't change anything. Maybe I should delete everything to flash a version manually? OnePlus 5T screen not working? Posted: 25 Sep 2018 04:48 PM PDT So today during an airplane ride I tried turning on my phone to check what time it is (keeping in mind that airplane mode was on before boarding the plane). Ever since then my screen isn't recognizing any screen inputs. I went into recovery mode and saw that my phone wasn't overheating, in fact it was at 31 degrees and had a good amount of battery left. Screen on OnePlus 3 Posted: 25 Sep 2018 07:31 AM PDT Hi guys. I have broken the screen on my OnePlus 3 - it is cracked and there are no colours or anything. The lights and fingerprint reader still work, wifi works and google voice works. I can no longer unlock it with the finger print, I guess it is asking for the pattern now? I have a usb-c to USB converter. I think that USB debugging is enabled, but I am not sure.
