[DEV] Tales of a Lost Mine Reveal Teaser

    Posted: 27 Sep 2018 03:23 PM PDT

    Greetings r/AndroidGaming,

I'm part of a two men indie team that are developing a game for Android and we are finally ready to reveal some gameplay for the community.

Tales of a Lost Mine will be a retro styled metroidvania where you will explore a long lost mine, find secret treasures, collect gears and pickups, solve puzzles and fight your way out of this abandoned place.

If you want to keep a close look on the game development checkout our subreddit https://www.reddit.com/r/fireslime

Check out our reveal trailer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j24K0EUEOV8

I loved games like XCom and Invisible Inc. on my PC; what are my Android options?

    Posted: 27 Sep 2018 01:01 PM PDT

I grew up playing strategy games on the stuff like the Apple II, Mac & PC during the 80s and 90s, and it always surprises me how the phones today, which outperform those platforms by a huge margin, have such a hard time delivering a decent strategy game.

I don't care about price. What I want is a good, non-twitchy challenge and something that works aesthetically on a phone. Seems like some strategy games assuming you're playing on a table and feature UIs with unreadably small text.

A worthy successor to Advance Wars would be great, but contenders like Great Little War Game didn't quite hit the mark (GLWG suffered, in my opinion, from overly-busy art direction that left the UI cluttered, compared to my experience with Advance Wars).

    Incremental Unlimited [DEV]

    Hello fellow Redditor.

    https://i.redd.it/bi04a9oekwo11.png

I made pure incremental oriented on big number.

    current playable max is 10↑↑4

    current code max is 10↑↑10↑308

Knuth arrow support. And much more in the future.

For those who knows, imagine Antimatter dimensions but with 1000 dimensions.

So far I got 500 active installs, growing slowly.

If you like math this will be a very enjoyable experience!

Trying to find a name for a game I had on a previous phone

    Posted: 27 Sep 2018 09:16 AM PDT

I'm trying to look for a game I had previously on my last phone, however it seems to have removed from the Play Store and I have had no luck in finding it. I'm assuming its been removed since I can't find it on my game library or on the store.

GAME DESCRIPTION: You are a arms trader, and you have two countries that are planning war against each other and limited starting funds. Your goal is to make a profit over selling guns to each countries. So you give one a starting weapon and they attack the other one. But before they conquer the other one you give that one a more powerful weapon. Eventually giving them tanks, planes, and a nuke. You also pay funding to the government and media to keep a country from surrendering.

Does anyone have the name for this game?

    Most played mmo/active communities?

    Posted: 27 Sep 2018 03:20 AM PDT

    Hey,

I'm lf a well alive mmo (arpg/MMORPG) which is worth wasting time into. I'm interested in pve and pvp.

Is it lineage 2? I just started Teon, super small and niche I guess, but it's super fun (like d1/d2/Ultima), although I think I'm the only one playing it lol - which sucks.

So what "alive" mmos are out there?

[Request] Looking for a game similar to Soul Hunters/Heroes Charge

    Posted: 27 Sep 2018 11:51 AM PDT

I searched both games in this subreddit but all the threads that showed up were opened months with games I didn't like,

Basically what I'm looking for is:

    • A 5 vs 5 automatic battle where I choose when to use a character's ultimate skill
    • Character gacha is saparated from items gacha
    • Characters obtain new skills as they progress in new "color tier"

    Thanks for reading!
