| Posted: 31 Aug 2018 02:19 PM PDT So i have a One Plus 6 that i has a black screen (dead or broken/ not sure). I called servify to get a claims process set up and they said because i didn't register my phone on the app they can't fix my phone because its been over 30 days. So i went through the terms and conditions (located here]) and looked for where it says that, no where did does it say that they won't honor my plan if i don't register within 30 days. Even the guy (or his superiors) on the phone couldn't show me exactly where it was written, he kept pointing to top section where it says
or 4.2
Neither of these say that they don't have honor my contract if i don't register, they both talk about " significant service delays " or "30 days of Your Device purchase date," What do you guys think i should do? Will One Plus help me out if i take it with them? [link] [comments]  | ||
| OP6 Fingerprint Scanner issues Posted: 31 Aug 2018 01:44 PM PDT I bought a brand new OP6 today and am having problems getting the fingerprint scanner to work, right from the first setup. I searched online and nothing seems to fix it, so I thought I'd ask here just to see if anyone else has experienced anything similar. Face scanning works great. I even ran some tests (using *#808# in the phone app) and it says the fingerprint scanner works, but when using the "Capture Image" test, nothing seems to happen. Is my model just a faulty one or is there something else I can do? [link] [comments]  | ||

Tudia omnix looks a bit too rugged for me and I don't like the non removable plastic screen protector with the notch, Supcase UB PRO is both too bulky and rugged, Otterbox commuter is too bulky, Poetic revolution is a tiny bit too rugged, and lastly there is the Poetic guardian which looks fine but they're out of stock until the 14th. When I slide up in a story (like a quiz, or poll, not to send a message) the screen starts glitching out and flashing white, going so far as to staying completely white for longer stories. | Push notifications not coming through? Posted: 31 Aug 2018 07:32 PM PDT HQ Trivia notifications aren't coming through for me. I've got battery optimization of the app turned to 'don't optimize'. Anyone got any ideas? EDIT: Started happening 2 days ago. I think it happens when my phone's screen has been off 30min+. As a side note: google assistant voice activation stopped working and I had to reset it but it said it already knew my voice. It's like I had to re-'turn it on' even though it was working perfectly before. Don't know if they could be related. [link] [comments]  | ||

| Posted: 31 Aug 2018 04:24 PM PDT As of the last few days the audio from the speaker come out choppy and stuttered. It has occured only on YouTube Vanced and Twitter aboit 3 or 4 time in total as of now. A force close of the app doesn't always help. However, once it starts on one app, switching to another app that plays audio like Spotify, the stuttered goes away but returns when I got back to the original app. I'm an Android noob so I don't really know how to diagnose problems and determine culprits, but my thought is maybe the equalizer I installed, as I don't recall the problem happening before I installed it, but I'm not certain. Posted: 31 Aug 2018 02:57 PM PDT Every time I finish a call on my OP6, the notes app opens up and shows me a note(?) with the number i was on the phone with and an ad on the bottom half of my screen. But when I swipe up to go back to home or swipe back to exit and then long-hold to see recent apps, it's not on there. And nothing shows up in my actual notes app. Anyone else have this issue? | Bullets wireless having problems Posted: 31 Aug 2018 07:59 AM PDT I have them for a bit longer than 1 month and when i seperate them, sometimes they don't turn on, and my phone doesn't find them this is even after they have been fully charged. sometimes when I then put them together, I hear the sound on my earphones, and my phone says they're connected, what can i do to resolve this problem? maybe a bad contact? Upon rebooting my phone got stuck in a boot loop. I tried: -hard reset -remote flashing (doesn't work as my device is locked and doesn't allow a remote unlock) -unbricking All of those didn't managed to get me out of the boot loop. | Oneplus 2 screen faulty? Please help Posted: 31 Aug 2018 06:09 AM PDT Hey, I broke my op2 screen so I bought one from ebay, teared it apart all correctly (i'm a computer technician), installed the new screen, all fine but a weird symptom appears: - It boots and shows the Oneplus logo then screen all black. I know it booted cuz the touch buttons work and i can ear the sound of unlocking etc. Also if i plug into the pc I can easily access its memory. - If I try to enter recovery I know it enters too but the screen is all black, the only mode I can see the screen is fastboot mode and it stays and acts normally. Im out of ideas so I just think the screen is faulty from ebay, did this happened to anyone? Thanks in advance [link] [comments]  |
