I currently have Snapchat, Spotify, Soundcloud, Amazon, Firefox/Firefox Focus, and DuckDuckGo and two gaming apps. I also have Nova Launcher installed but not sure how to use it so I might delete it and stick to OP launcher. Also, which one should I keep: Firefox Focus or DuckDuckGo? | What would be a fair price for a Bamboo OnePlus One 64GB if I were to put it on Swappa? Posted: 02 Apr 2018 07:44 PM PDT I'm trying to get rid of things I don't need as part of spring cleaning, and one of those things is a Bamboo OnePlus One 64GB. I'm trying to figure out what a fair Swappa price would be for it. It's in flawless condition, has lived with a tempered glass protector this whole time, and has no visible damage. It's a shame I've been using it for a while when I travel and it's an amazing nostalgic tool. Could anybody offer any advice or alternative to get it back? | Posted: 02 Apr 2018 04:06 AM PDT Hi, I just migrated from an old Samsung Galaxy S5 with rooted lineage OS 14.1 to the OnePlus 5T. I am very very satisfied with the phone so far. But I would love to get root access back. The Stock Oxygen just doesnt quite feel right after years of root access on my old phones. Should I switch back to Lineage? Or Should I try to install a rooted Oxygen Rom? I read a couple of threads on the Topic and the information I got is so different.... some say that battery under LOS sucks and that the Camera Focus is not supported under Lineage. Is that (still) true? Anyone out there who knows more about it? Handson experiences maybe? [link] [comments]  | ||

| OP5 refusing to update to latest firmware Posted: 02 Apr 2018 07:49 AM PDT Guys, I need some help on how to deal with an OP5 and possibly OnePlus SC regarding the issue below. I am not in the country and my brother (and noob) owns the phone, so I am trying to do handle this remotely. OP5, 64GB, bought in New Delhi, under warranty till 21/09/18. Problem with phone: OP5 is refusing to update to lates OS. Cause: Possible OS issue - bootloader unlocked (can't remember if I actually did it because I've never had a good reason to unlock the bootloader on any of my previously owned devices. I also own a OP3 and it's bootloader is not unlocked so why on earth would I unlock it for my brother's phone) What the SC said: When my brother told them the issue, they became very aggressive and said that he tried to root his phone, which is absolute crap. They also said that they can attempt to update the device but if it fails, they will have to replace the motherboard which costs almost as much as a new phone (I think the SC is trying to bullshit my brother) Troubleshooting: Tried everything to update the firmware but a wipe/sideload As I see it, I am left with 2 options, lock the bootloader and take it to SC or try a wipe + sideload of the OS, which may result in a no go situation EDIT: OS version: 4.5.14 Error Message during update simply says failed The update change log mentions that the update to 5.0.1 will fail if bootloader is unlocked [link] [comments]  | ||

| What's a good package tracker app Posted: 01 Apr 2018 11:28 PM PDT I feel like a lot of the decent package trackers just stop working after a while or just stop getting updated. Any good ones beside aftership, parceltrack, slice and shiprack, Google. I'm looking for the ones that either you can forward the email to send it adds and or it checks for updates server side and sends you a push notification when there's an update. The app deliveries is great but I don't like that you have to set it to check every 3 hours or what not. [link] [comments]  | ||
