| Posted: 25 Apr 2018 11:03 AM PDT I work for a video game console repair shop. We're updating our invoicing program, and we've come across a problem. We can't figure out a nice way to charge the "In attempting to fix this yourself, you have broken everything and now we have to go through and clean up your mess in addition to the actual repair". All of our costs are usually fixed and posted around the shop, so we just need a little blurb to put on the tagline, like a more friendly way to say "Idiot tax". Anyone have some ideas?
