The application is a personal finance app developed in Ionic + Angular. After long days of preparing the upload to Google Play it is finally available to everyone (I leave the link below). I make this post to ask for feedback on the application. Authentication is not required, and all data is stored on your phone, making it 100% private. Any addition/change (both in design and functionality) that you would make to the application will be highly listened to and taken into account. | Green Screen when trying to mirror my phone to my PC with Mirroid Posted: 14 Jun 2022 11:31 AM PDT I downloaded Mirroid recently which just allows you to mirror your phone screen to PC and add keybindings for games. I set it up correctly but the app shows a green screen. Their 2 suggestions on the website are to update drivers (mine are) and " Change the rendering mode of your Graphics Card Driver" which I'm not sure how to do. I tried messing around with the basics in Nvidia Control Panel but nothing really seemed to work. Do y'all have any recommendations? [link] [comments] |
| Looking for an alternative cloud storage from Google Photos with some other features. Posted: 14 Jun 2022 11:13 AM PDT Looking to setup a specific way that my photos are managed on my phone. What I would like is for when I take a photo it is uploaded to the cloud (automatically or manually) then I can move the photo on my phone to my SD card, where I keep my photos, without it effecting the cloud photo. Right now I've been using Google photos but I cant seem to unlink it from my SD card so anytime I modify or delete a photo with Google it changes it on my SD card. Also if the cloud storage is compatable with a file manager that would be a bonus too. Right now using Solid Explorer but I cant seem to manage Google Photos with it. (Open to other suggestions for file manager too) If anyone has any suggestions that would be great. Also, I don't mind using Google Photos even though I know the privacy isn't very good since at least I know the security is (or so I've been told) so if there is a way to use it in the way I'm looking for thats fine too. Finally, I don't mind paying for it as long as it can do what I'm hoping and it is secure. Thanks for the help [link] [comments] |

| Posted: 14 Jun 2022 10:12 AM PDT Here is my use case scenario for the app-: 1) I go to bed. 2) I play youtube app. There are multiple cases how I play them-: a) I play them via playlists b) I play them via downloads c) I play them normally. But I always turn autoplay off. So the problem is most of the days, youtube keeps playing for the whole night and is destroying my phone battery. My phone is poco x3 nfc and it has a feature of automatic switch off at particular time of the day. But the problem with that is that I don't sleep at same time everyday. and setting it daily, is pretty hectic. what i want 1) youtube should pause automatically (it does actually when i am not sleeping lol). 2) if possible, i need some mechanism for screen to turn off after say 2hrs of continuous youtube (without touching/forwarding the video). i have tried countless sleep timer apps (the free ones) none of them worked. please share only if you have used it. | Looking for a PDF reader with autocrop (automatic removal of excess white space in the margins) Posted: 14 Jun 2022 03:21 AM PDT Autocrop is a common feature in CBR readers (apps dedicated to reading comic books), it basically identify the extra white space in the margins and crop the image to show just the actual drawings, which can get larger, occupy the entire screen without any wasted space. Something like that would be incredibly useful on a PDF reader, since many books and files come with useless white space. In fact, Perfect Viewer is a comic book reader that opens PDFs and crop then perfectly, but it lacks all the regular features that one expects from a PDF reader, mainly highlighting. Hence the question: is there an actual PDF which dynamically removes the white margins (autocrop)? Ps: I understand that Acrobat has liquid and reader mode, which are certainly useful, but they don't work with every files. Highly formatted PDFs would benefit from a simple autocrop. Posted: 14 Jun 2022 12:52 AM PDT Hi All, I'm looking for an online image viewer that allows me to search google/bing for static images/gif (with option to filter) & presents images in a nice full screen gallery view with swiping to move between images. Until now, I was using an older version of the Bing app from 3 years ago but, can't anymore as I switched phones & the older version ain't working on android 12. The newer version of Bing, unfortunately like many apps has become bloated with news & a tab bar at the bottom + title bar taking up like 30% of the screen space. So now I'm looking for an alternative. PS : Again, I'm looking for a Google/Bing image searcher and not Reddit, as I have Slide to take care of that. 😉 [link] [comments] |

Regarding the SnapChat symbol specifically - will it appear in the upper-left corner only if I receive a Snap, or does it appear if one of my friends added to their story as well? ETA: Sorry, the symbols in the upper-left are the notifications. Posted: 13 Jun 2022 02:17 AM PDT for quick note taking, like I press (+) and I can immediately write without the need to define title, category, etc. maybe with the formatting options available inside the note itself (like GKeep) but not something that need internet connection or saved in the cloud, just saved offline / inside my device where I can back it up manually.
