Strange Google 2FA but 2FA is turned off? Tech Support |
Strange Google 2FA but 2FA is turned off? Posted: 02 Dec 2021 05:37 PM PST Hi all, I really need help. My high school newspaper club has an email we all use to sign in to things like Instagram and Canva. Lately, in the past year, people have started needing my help to sign in. Basically, I receive an email on my iPad telling me to select the number shown on insert device name here. The person trying to sign has to text me the number so I can select it on my device. This is a major issue for several reasons, mainly because I'm a senior and will be leaving next year. Myself and others have scoured the account settings for any information, and nothing. When I google the issue, nothing comes up. Two factor authentication is off. We really need help. I'm sorry if this isn't the right sub, r/Google and r/TechSupport don't allow stuff like this. If there's a sun that would be better suited to my issue please let me know [link] [comments] |
