| Launcher with customizable home screen profiles? Posted: 29 Oct 2021 04:52 AM PDT I'm basically looking for something that replicates iOS's new focus mode feature. I'd like to have multiple profiles (Homes, work, travel) where when selected it changes what apps appear on the home screen. Obviously I could use the home screen tabs, but those aren't named and don't block out the other tabs as much. Some launcher support tabs in the app drawer where you pick the apps in each tab (Launcher, Nova Prime), but I'd like this at the joke screen level. Any launchers support this? [link] [comments]  |

| Contact List Creep (not that kind of creep) Posted: 29 Oct 2021 11:52 AM PDT I use many synced accounts on my phone: Google, Exchange, Samsung, Outlook, work, etc. I need all of these accounts, but most of the contacts are the same in all of them. I find that sometimes my phone struggles with the many lists, and when I update a contact in one account, it obviously doesn't update in other accounts. As these duplicate lists grow larger and larger, I'm not sure what to do. I would love to have just one unified list of contacts that all the apps can access. Is it possible to merge these lists and then remove the redundant lists without disabling the accounts entirely? [link] [comments]  |

| Request for a simple Photo Viewer Widget Posted: 29 Oct 2021 12:10 PM PDT Need: With Vaccine Passports, we need a way to click an app/widget on our home screen and have it display a full-screen image. Really simple app. Click it...displays the (setup) image of the Vaccine Passport. Widgets such as Photo Widget go partway: they display a tiny view of the image, but are not clickable. Even if they linked to a photo gallery app (I use Piktures) and caused it to open the desired image, that would be fine. Or is there some way to do this already, with no new app? Thanks in advance. It didn't work so i tried to reinstall the app and for the life of me i cant re-install it...i have tried just about everything there is online. When i try to install it via play store i get "Can't install snapchat". I also tried with apk mirror but the error i get is "Application contains duplicate permissions". The app itself is relatively simply - Quite a few scary stories that you can read. I am working on adding more features and improving the UI but could really use some feedback on what works well and what could be better or different. I haven't clicked the site either as it could be the one with malware lol. Is there any truth to this claim? Common sense says, maybe not as it has 10 million downloads on the app store and a 4.6 rating, but my common sense can be wrong sometimes, and I don't want to lose my precious phone and its contents over such a small mistake. But it doesn't scan every single app, and every once in a while I have to go through each app individually to hit the clear cache button. | Outlook app new email notifications won't clear Posted: 29 Oct 2021 07:32 AM PDT This always used to work but for some reason has stopped. If I received a new email notification from Outlook on my phone, but read the message on another device (like my desktop), the notification would automatically clear from my phone. Now each notification "sticks" on the phone until I manually clear it. Annoying as hell, and thinking of switching to a different email app. Does anyone else have this issue? Any way to fix it?
