Desktop wallpaper software that allows loading a mosaic of webpages? Posted: 30 Oct 2021 03:11 PM PDT Hi all, curious to know if anyone can recommend software that can replace a standard desktop wallpaper in Windows 10 with the ability to set webpages as the background? Ideally I'd like to be able to add a number of "tiles" - like display 4 webpages in the one background. I'm thinking to use for a second monitor and have displayed weather data like the rain rader images from this page: https://www.weatherwatch.co.nz/maps-radars/radar/auckland-rain-radar-realtime and then set other webpages (or elements of web pages) for the other tiles. Is there such an application around at all? [link] [comments]

Posted: 30 Oct 2021 02:15 AM PDT Hey everyone. I've got a question regarding Win11 update. I have pretty old machine (if we would consider win11 requirements), but I've tried it on another laptop and I did like it, tbh even I don't know why. PC health check (MS software) unequivocally says that my laptop cannot be updated to win11. Well, fair enough it can, but MS doesn't recommend it. A few words about my laptop. It is Dell XPS 15 9560 (2017). It goes with i7-7700 HQ, GTX 1050, 16GB RAM, 512 SSD and it is 4K IPS display version. So, the question is: should I consider updating my laptop to win11 anyway, despite MS official statement that my CPU isn't supported? Or it is better to stay with win10? I have this question mainly because my CPU is powerful enough to run win11, comparing it to supported ones, but, again, MS official statement says no. Thank you for your replies in advance. Maybe, this thread will help someone else also, who has almost compatible CPU for win11. [link] [comments]
