Giving away 200 promo codes for my Android Notes App Chatnotes Posted: 30 Jul 2021 06:52 AM PDT I would like to share with you some promo codes for the ChatNotes app our team was working for the last months. Stop, wait a minute, another notes app in 2021? Seriously? Yes! Definitely. And it is unlike any other Note making app you have ever seen. Chat Notes is an app designed to work on top of other messaging apps (currently Whatsapp) to help you make Notes better and efficient. Make relevant notes for each of your contacts exactly where you are chatting with them. Add Emoji, links or any test to the notepad directly on top of the messaging apps. Now you don't need to remember something to note it down later or leave the chat apps constantly to make notes. Just make the To Do lists wherever you chat with your friends & family! The only thing we want back is your feedback!!! Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maroonlabs.notes What promo code does? The promo codes unlock all the premium features in the app which is Google drive backup and remove ads. There are tons of premium features still in the pipeline. Stay tuned! How to get a promo code? Please comment below so I can send it to you. How to use promo code?
Please give us some feedback, rate & review our app if you find it useful. [link] [comments] |

Hey, buds! I have been planning to make a launcher app for android, Here's my idea [DEV] Posted: 30 Jul 2021 01:32 AM PDT So I've been planning to make this design minimal, with some small yet minimal animation's library. This app will be having different moods according to day/time, it will be productivity based so more likely to help you to put down your phone and start working on your stuff. I have more ideas in my mind but I'd like to have a word from you, what you'd like in a productivity-based android launcher app. Thank you. [link] [comments] |

Regarding sesame, questions on shortcuts of my apps in google playstore and liked songs in spotify Posted: 30 Jul 2021 11:07 AM PDT Hello, new sesame user here. How do I access my apps in google playstore through sesame? In sesame app it shows that there is a shortcut for that but when I try to type in the shortcut in the search bar it doesnt show it. Also anyway to add shortcut for liked songs list in spotify? PS - I'm using the stock launcher that comes with my phone. One UI [link] [comments] |
Looking for a notes widget with specific features Posted: 30 Jul 2021 12:39 PM PDT Hey all, I'm looking for a bare bones notes widget that I can have a numbered running list sitting on my home screen. But, I'm looking for a widget that I can edit on the homes screen, can scroll if the list gets too long, and ideally is collapsible so that when I don't need to enter notes it slides back up to take up less space on the home screen. I'm also hoping it can be transparent so that it doesn't become obnoxious. [link] [comments] |
Looking for an alternative to the Android Pro Widget (APW) contact widget Posted: 30 Jul 2021 09:36 AM PDT I recently tried to install Android Pro Widgets on my Mum's new phone specifically to make use of the contacts widget it provides as she likes the way I have my phone set up but it seems to have been abandoned as it's no longer available on the Play store and doesn't appear to have been updated since 2014 I tried sideloading the APK from my phone onto her phone but the widget crashed each time I tried to set it up (I'm on Android 10 whilst she's on 11 so something has changed between 10 & 11 to break it) In light of the above I'm after recommendations for an alternative contact widget that provdes the same general features as APW specifically the ability to display a select list of contacts on a home screen widget using a user defined group\label Has anyone got any recommendations for my to try? Strange & annoying problem with MixPlorer. What is the fix??? Posted: 30 Jul 2021 04:23 AM PDT I've used a few different file browser / image viewer apps over the years but Mixplorer is IMO easily the best of them, so I really don't want to switch to another app. But in the last few days I've been getting an annoying & weird problem where when I click to view a pic, Mixplorer thinks its the 1st pic in the folder (regardless of whether its the 1st, 25th, or 2500th pic), meaning I can only move forward in a folder. Even stranger is that Mixplorer now thinks (only when viewing an image) that I have less than 2000 pics when the number is more than double that. Stranger still is that this miscount changes randomly. It seems to rwnge between 1950-1986. I'm using the latest version, but it happens with older versions too. I have a Fire HD 10" tablet. The app used to work fine. [link] [comments] |

Posted: 30 Jul 2021 12:56 PM PDT I've been posting my resume to job sites the last 2 months so I've been getting bombarded with recruiter calls like 30 times a day. I never answer these calls. I send them to voice-mail and wait for their follow up email with the Job details. It's getting annoying having calls come in like 4 times every hour of every day. So rather than just ignoring my phone or clicking ignore call, is there an app or a setting on android that will just send any call from any phone number That isn't in my contacts straight to my voice-mail? I know there's spam call apps but not every number calling me is spam. Most of them aren't spam. [link] [comments] |

Optimize phone speaker for spoken word (root okay)? Posted: 30 Jul 2021 07:16 AM PDT Anyone know of a good app, magisk plugin or Xposed plugin that has presets to optimize phone speaker loudness for spoken word (podcasts, npr, documentaries, etc.)? I've found a boatload of apps that give extremely granular control, but I'm looking for something with simple presets written by people with actual domain knowlege in how sound works. Is there a way to make a android tablet autolock even if you are touching the screen and using it? Posted: 30 Jul 2021 09:51 AM PDT My grandpa uses his tablet to watch Netflix in a chair, but after like 10 min he falls asleep with his tablet in his hands. So the normal autolock feature doesn't work. So does anyone know a way to make it autolock every like 10 minuits even if my grandpa is using it and touching the screen. [link] [comments] |
Looking for a reddit client with similar layout as the official app Posted: 30 Jul 2021 09:42 AM PDT Reddit is getting worse with each update and I'm sick of it. The burial of the list of my subscribed subreddits behind slow loading pages ( NO REDDIT I don't want a discover page! I already discovered my subreddits so show them to me!) got me looking for alternatives. I tried sync, boost, Joey, relay, but none of them have layout to my liking. I want to see the full post with comments on the same page and swipe left/right for next post. Just like the official app. None of the ones I tried can do that. EDIT: Just discovered infinity for reddit and it's amazing. It has swipe between posts functionality (though off by default) looks great and is ad free! [link] [comments] |
Posted: 30 Jul 2021 09:29 AM PDT I am looking for a bookmarks app to store all my important site's. I know I can save them on my browser but i am looking for a specific app for this. (Paid or free doesn't matter).or how do you guys manage your bookmarks? [link] [comments] |

Transparent location sharing app Posted: 29 Jul 2021 07:35 PM PDT I know there are a bunch of location sharing apps out there (including google maps) that make it easy to coordinate meetups with friends or help you figure out if your loved one has crashed their car in a ditch somewhere. But even though it is practical to know where your ride is on the map or if your spouse is running late from work, I find it a little creepy to be monitored 24/7 like that. Is there a location sharing app that sends a notification when somebody in your circle requests your location? I feel like that would allow people to have the practical benefits of location sharing and I would be more comfortable being monitored if I could monitor who was monitoring me... if that makes any sense. Posted: 30 Jul 2021 04:12 AM PDT So i'm in a rough spot in my life, so i need to build some good habits, and a way to track my progress with the minimal of daily effort.. So is there a app out there tha allows the following:
1.1. A notification time 1.2. Multiple questions with diffrent types (yes/no, good/meh/bad, time, number) 1.3. Optional only show question if other question has a specified answer.
Example would be in the morning: 1 when did you go to bed 2 how long did it take to fall asleep 3 how many times did you wake up 4 for how long where you awake (only shown if above is larger than 0) 5 how rested did you feel when you woke up. The ones i have tried didnt notify me or just had static questions.. [link] [comments] |
Anyone know of a good clock app? Posted: 30 Jul 2021 07:45 AM PDT The one that came preinstalled on my Google pixel can sometimes go quite a bit negative on the timer before it starts beeping. If I set a timer for five minutes and it doesn't beep until -3:30, then that's an 8.5 minute timer, which defeats the whole purpose of setting a timer. I tried installing a couple other clock apps but most of them seem to be doing too much. I found one that was okay called The Clock (besides the ads on a freaking clock app...) but it has since started crashing every time I set a timer. All I want is a basic clock app that I rely on to notify me when my alarms and timers go off. [link] [comments] |
Can this sort of feature be implemented into 3rd party reddit clients...? Posted: 30 Jul 2021 05:58 AM PDT Okay so I don't know much about coding and stuff so I don't know if this is possible but hear me out So we know that 3rd party reddit clients can't use the chat feature because well someone mentioned that reddit hasn't released the api for that and thats why 3rd party apps can't implement it but.... Can't a feature be added where you press the chat button on a person from a 3rd party reddit client and it just would open the official reddit app and start a chat with that person?? I assume this isn't possible and I'm just being stupid sorry 🙏 [link] [comments] |
Posted: 30 Jul 2021 05:22 AM PDT I'm looking for a great Google tasks app that either is free or requires a one-time payment. I used to use g tasks I bought a key and it but now no longer unlocks all the premium features the app is deprecated and they want you to use tick tick but they want me to buy a new key then I move to tasks.org the Astrid clone I bought a key now they want a subscription I suppose I could take the source code for tasks.org cuz it's open source and remove the key restriction but it's beyond my skill set to take that and recompile it is there any good open source or free task app that syncs with Google tasks. Normally I'd say I don't mind paying for it but I don't want to pay for it twice. [link] [comments] |
AndroidTV app - stop from turning off. Posted: 30 Jul 2021 05:14 AM PDT We've developed an android application for both AndroidTV (Onn streaming device) and FireSticks. The application is designed to run on TVs at businesses (think menus on screens). Everything is going great, except for the fact that some devices are turning off (or exiting out of the app and then turning off) after about 7 days. (I have my keepScreenOn bool set to true). It is not a huge problem, as most businesses just turn off their device each night and then start fresh in the morning, but some customers prefer to keep their device running and it needs to be handled to scale properly. We've started to add some crash analytics, but I was wondering if anything could shed some light on this issue. I really think it is a device issue and not our application actually crashing.
