OnePlus Watch Promo Code Conveniently Expired a Day Before Watch is 'Back in Stock' Posted: 02 Jun 2021 07:25 PM PDT Title says it all, this is hilarious. Was thinking about ordering the watch today (since it's back in stock artificially June 2), and I noticed my $20 off promo code for the watch was no longer applicable. This is the 'OnePlus Watch Appreciation' coupon that they offered right before launch day of the watch. It has expired literally One. Day. Before. June 2. AWFULLY CONVENIENT OnePlus lol. Couldn't post an image here, but this is what I see in my account: End rant. I will not be buying the watch. [link] [comments]
Nord CE 5g confirmed to have the headphone jack Posted: 02 Jun 2021 03:38 AM PDT https://imgur.com/a/8TOBpOT as found on the amazon india app, so pretty much leaves no room for error. Will probably be an upgrade from my OnePlus 5 with its dying battery. Hopefully they don't mess up the other specs. [link] [comments]
Posted: 02 Jun 2021 06:24 AM PDT I'm at 45% battery on my 9 Pro. 4 hours and 6 minutes screen time so far. That's without the latest update that's apparently currently rolling out in India. I know it's going to hit all you OnePlus haters hard, so sorry. [link] [comments]
OP7 PRO dropping cell signal and WiFi Posted: 02 Jun 2021 03:39 PM PDT It's been a few months now, and it's getting worse with the time... All days, without fail, my mobile signal drops completely, mobile internet and phone signal. To make it work again I have to restart the phone or turn on airplane mode and disconnect it again. One the wifi I'm getting disconnections with the slightest movements inside my house ( or any other place). I have 2.4 and 5Ghz networks connected and the phone just jumps like crazy from one to the other between my two routers, even one being closer to the phone than the other, the phone decided to connect the one that is far making it disconnect for bad signal. This have been happening for some months now, but every day it gets worse, until the point of affecting everyday life because lot of people have to call me and I'm the one that have to make sure my phone stays operative, and not the phone itself... I've tried the phone in other places, comparing it with my old op3t and one new 9 Pro on the same household and the 7 PRO is the only one that is getting this errors... Don't know if last two or three updates are generating that, the wireless hardware on the phone Is damaged or what, but I'm starting getting really upset because this 2 year old premium phone looks like is dying already. Is there anyone with a similar problem that knows how to fix this? Much appreciated, have nice day! [link] [comments]
Posted: 02 Jun 2021 07:00 PM PDT I'm having an issue where my phone doesn't charge or charges very slowly on a few different chargers and I don't know what to do. I've restarted and cleared my USB port any ideas [link] [comments]
Why does OnePlus 9 use rear camera for automatic brightness function? Posted: 02 Jun 2021 06:40 PM PDT I received my OnePlus 9 few days ago and so far I like everything except the way automatic brightness works. It looks like this phone is using rear camera to adjust the automatic brightness, so for example when I cover the rear camera with something while holding the phone or place it onto something - the brightness immediately goes down. Even if the room brightness does not change - the display brightness constantly changing based on how much light reaches rear camera. This doesn't make much sense and I never seen other phones from Samsung or Google or Apple behave in this way. Why does OnePlus uses rear camera instead of relying on front camera? New OP owner, but I feel OOS very strange... Posted: 02 Jun 2021 12:04 PM PDT Hi, I am a new owner of OnePlus 7T, I bought it used yesterday, and it runs Oos 11.0.1.1HD85BA I'm pretty happy with it although I've noticed some overheating when playing games, when scrolling tiktok and in general with average use with about 5/10 minutes of gaming at most, the battery reaches 15/20% in the evening. Other bugs I've noticed is the inability to launch the task manager at times, and some inaccuracies in gesture handling. Do you guys think it's better to go back to Android 10? (if possible) Or is it better to wait for more hotfixes for 11? I do not know the world oneplus so I rely on you, I know there is a sticky thread, but I want some of your opinion because I've already installed all my apps and backup from my old phone, and If I have to format I won't continue to organize my things. Just one things: if you have some optimization tips, or something to do when you first have the phone, please tell me... I don't even own a AMOLED display before and I've read that it could become green!!!! [link] [comments]
Are you satisfied with your One Plus 9? Posted: 02 Jun 2021 11:01 AM PDT Hi everyone, I'm looking to make the switch to the One Plus 9 (non pro) from my Pixel 4 XL. I was just curious if current OnePlus 9 users are satisfied with their phone or not? Also would the camera be an upgrade or downgrade from Pixel 4? [link] [comments]

SIM slot 2 on OP8 pro randomly stopped working? Posted: 02 Jun 2021 07:11 PM PDT I have a Oneplus 8 pro I've been using dual SIM on Verizon since March. Today my SIM slot 2 randomly stopped working. Anyone else ever hear of an issue like this or have any recommendations? Tech supports suggestions didn't work and told me it would have to go in for repair. Which means I'll have to buy a new phone since work requires me on call 24.7 and I can't be without for the repair. [link] [comments]

I'm so close to throwing my phone in the trash with the constant WiFi connection problems Posted: 02 Jun 2021 10:36 AM PDT I have a OnePlus 7 Pro and ever since I updated to Android 11, it's just been nothing but a massive headache. The worst has to be the battery life and the WiFi instability that i face basically every 10 seconds. I can count the number of times my phone goes from wifi to lte to wifi to lte to wifi in less than a minute. Why? Why does it keep doing that? But the weird thing is that it's only with my home network. If I'm connecting to my friend's WiFi or my sibling's apartment WiFi, i do not have any issues with connectivity. I've heard some people go back to Android 10 but I know that will factory reset the device and i don't wanna lose my stuff. Any tips will be greatly appreciated. [link] [comments]

[camera in use bug] Has anyone found a solution to this? Posted: 02 Jun 2021 03:55 PM PDT I think I've seen someone talking about this bug before. All cameras in my OP 7 pro stopped working. The only 'evidence' of what is going on is the flashlight icon in the drop down menu, where it shows the message 'camera in use'. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried restarting, restoring to factory a few times. Once it came back for a few days... [link] [comments]
Posted: 02 Jun 2021 11:52 AM PDT so i just downloaded and installed the newest full release of android on my 7T, and my phone said wiping with something else on the restart screen, now my phone is completely reset. I don't have a backup dumb enough and I'm just kinda sitting here rn [link] [comments]

OnePlus 8t Lock Screen Automatically Unlocks. Swipe Lock Activated. Posted: 02 Jun 2021 10:51 AM PDT This is my 2nd OnePlus that I've had and I've noticed with this phone only my phone unlocks automatically, completely bypassing the lock screen. I currently have the lock screen set as SWIPE and when I press the power button to turn on my screen the phone immediately unlocks and goes straight to the home screen. If I select a PIN or Fingerprint lock option then after pressing the power button the phone will turn on, go to a black screen for about 2 seconds then back to the lock screen as intended. I've searched everywhere but cannot discover why this is happening. Can anyone please help me? Thank you in advance. [link] [comments]

Anyone else have screen response issues with their 8t? Posted: 02 Jun 2021 10:06 AM PDT I've had my phone just over a month and I've noticed the screen response on the bottom half has issues. For me, the issue is noticeable when long pressing the 'p' key and backspacing. I also noticed when playing Spotify/YouTube I'm not able to skip forward or ahead with much granularity. OP refuse to refund/replace and said they can repair it, but I'm not convinced that'll fix the issue. Anyone found any fixes for this? I'm tempted to raise a dispute with my credit card company.
