I have been racking up a lot of expenses and receipts for work that I need to submit to the company. Usually, I would do this manually through a spreadsheet, but I have so many now that it's becoming unwieldy and impossible to do that. So I was hoping their was some way to do this automatically or semi-automatically through an android app. What I'm looking for is below:

If I remember correctly, the app had a really short name with a black icon. It had a really clean UI where you could simply change the aspect ratio of the video. Each person decides their own goal, and then has to provide some proof in the form of a picture/screenshot of their goal being completed. If you are able to complete 25/30 days with proof, you get a reward. Currently we have a Facebook group with daily threads, but it is a lot of work for the person stuck creating and moderating the challenge. Not to mention facebook is awful and numerous members don't want to be on it at all. We ran into issues with a simple text thread due to size limits and people didn't want to be blowing up all day long. Is there an app that I am missing that will allow a group of people the ability upload pictures, and track over a month?
