We made an app where you can learn English words from 200,000 movies for free Posted: 25 Jan 2021 06:46 AM PST Hi everyone! We've been recently working on an app that makes it super easy to catch and learn unknown English words and expressions from virtually any movie or TV show in existence. Think of it as a fusion of Netflix with Duolingo, add a significantly better UX than any vocabulary teaching app on the market and spice it with a proven methodology of learning - you get Skeebdo :) The core features are based on several Reddit surveys (typically on learning languages from movies and related habits), so hope you guys like it. Would love to hear any feedback! Get it on the Play Store here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.skeebdo.learn.english [link] [comments] |

Posted: 25 Jan 2021 04:22 AM PST Create a switch that asks you to reset it from time to time. If you are incapacitated, the app delivers your secret message to trusted recipients. [link] [comments] |
Any cool recipes / rules for Buzzkill app ? Posted: 25 Jan 2021 07:20 AM PST Hello fellows ! Can you share with me your Buzzkill rules ? I don't know if I need to buy this app or not. I love all the apps from the same dev so I would love to support him and buy him the App but really don't know what kind of rules I can put in it. I've seen some rules on Reddit but definitely need more before bought it. Can you help me ? Thx [link] [comments] |
Why are expansive note-taking apps so popular? Posted: 25 Jan 2021 11:02 AM PST I have always used Google Keep and never felt I needed anything more than that. I did try Evernote and OneNote once, but they seemed to have just an extra step to get to my notes. I know everybody has their own use case, and that's what I want to understand. I feel like I'm missing out on some pretty great productivity apps. [link] [comments] |

How do I transfer Android data to a Laptop Posted: 24 Jan 2021 10:52 PM PST Im trying to transfer game data to my PC but when I plug in my usb cable, my tablet charges instead of sending files, is there any way to get it to send files? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 25 Jan 2021 07:44 AM PST Guys is there a 3rd party twitter app where I can disable likes/retweets or any other interaction means and still use my handle. I want to make a new handle for my grandpa so that he could read news from specific news handles but not accidentally RT or like anything (his own request). It's like he wants a stream of news like Google News app, but not filled with fake news sources. Is there any such app? Thanks!! [link] [comments] |

Looking for an FOSS remote control app Posted: 24 Jan 2021 03:02 PM PST Tried looking on F-Droid and nothing came up. Main reason I'm looking for an foss app is because most of the ones on the play store are either filled with ads or ask for a bunch of unnecessary permissions Edit: I'm talking about IR remote apps [link] [comments] |
searching for a backup and restore manager! Posted: 25 Jan 2021 10:51 AM PST there are many apps which we use in our day to day life which has a backup option instead of sign in and sign up. so there are many apps which I used has no no sign in option but has a backup and restore option. I feel very insecure especially about my data backing up and restoring. I need a single app which would help me to store all the backup files. I know this question is not making sense to you but just I am asking out of hope! [link] [comments] |
Is there a gallery app that can sort photos by category? Posted: 25 Jan 2021 10:38 AM PST Hi I'm looking for a gallery app to sort my images by category For example show only images with food in it or landscape [link] [comments] |
App that moves the navigation bar to the right side of the screen? Posted: 25 Jan 2021 10:24 AM PST Looking for an app that enables me to move the navigation bar to the right side of my screen. I'm using a tablet, and since I'm always using it in landscape and holding it by its sides, I thought it might make sense to be able to move the navigation bar to the side of the screen instead of the bottom. I would use something like Fluid Navigation Gestures, but I want to try actual buttons, not gestures. [link] [comments] |
Open source app to convert web pages to PDFs. Posted: 25 Jan 2021 06:32 AM PST Hi, I am looking for an app like this that converts web pages to PDFs. This one has trackers and I guess the pro version also has trackers. So, do you know of any alternative app ? Edit: I know this feature is built in on Chrome but my OEM messed up an update so Chrome can't save as PDF and Firefox currently doesn't even have save as PDF option. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 25 Jan 2021 06:30 AM PST I made an app that allows users to find places to eat or things to do in an area by using an isochrone. An isochrone is a map that depicts the area accessible from a point within a certain time threshold. I have also introduced Augmented Reality Navigation. The product is still in BETA. Just looking for some feedback and bugs that people discover! It is only using Imperial system but I am working on changing that. P.S. This is also my first post on Reddit! [link] [comments] |

Is it possible to make hear the audio between two different phones through internet? Posted: 25 Jan 2021 08:00 AM PST Let me Explain: I have two different phones, A and B, with WhatsApp installed on both the phones, Now, I try to make WhatsApp call, from two different phones (A and B), to different people (C and D), respectively. Is there anything I can do, so that the person A can be able to hear person B. (with both the phones in my hand) I tried these things: 1) I being a dumb, tried to connect aux cable to both the 3.5mm jack, but didn't work, What can I do? I hope there is something I'm missing? 2) Tried to keep phones parallel to each other, so that they can hear by the speaker sound. Quite like this, https://i.imgur.com/Kn6KDGq.jpg -- Actually (This is worse) Lmao, speaker sound sucks while hearing on phone. Suggest me, something like I can merge both of the calls (externally), anywhere in a PC software studio live, and make them here each other? Is this possible? **Don't Suggest me a Group Call** [link] [comments] |
