Her biggest concerns are pictures taken in the 108mp mode. Those pictures are very noisy and not sharp at all. It appears the other modes work fine. Is there something she can do about it? The idea of Dex on the Samsung devices really appeals to me, especially as I look at moving from my aging iPad to a new tablet or laptop. Dex seems like a very promising piece of software to an outsider that has spare monitors at work and at home. | Posted: 03 Jan 2021 02:13 AM PST I don't own any samsung devices at the moment but I am thinking of getting either a S10 5G or Note 10 Plus 5G (korea model). So both it use Exynos chipset. Does anyone use this chipset before? how does it hold up over time? S20 is also on the list. but I'm concerned it will be a bit small compare to my current phones. But good thing is this phone is US version. I don't game on mobile. Mostly I use Facebook, Reddit, Youtube and video from my local media with vlc Camera is not my main point of getting samsung. Performance and Software are my top priority when it comes to choose a phone. I used Samsung Galaxy Alpha before, but the phone never give up to my samsung expectations. | Posted: 03 Jan 2021 01:58 AM PST I've recently got an S20 (upgraded from S8), ahead of the price increase that will come with the S21 release. One of the features I really liked on the S8 was the ability to allocate colours to contacts, mostly so I knew to avoid picking up the phone when it glowed green (my mother). I've been trying to get the same to work on the S20 but have had no such luck. It works with texts and some other apps, but not phonecalls or WhatsApp. I'm not a total idiot and have already tried some of the workarounds - allowing pop-up notifications, changing duration, external apps etc but nothing is working. It seems that they really don't want us to use the Edge lighting, especially with the latest update putting it in an obscure place in the settings menu. I was using the internet, and system was updating. @97% i turned of location and other things to turn off.. @93% i installed the update.. after system update it went to 88% not an hour passed.. this is my first time with android so.. i don't know if it's a problem or if it's normal.. what should i do to keep the battery longer?
