Empire building game that is not pay to win?

    Posted: 11 Jan 2021 03:28 PM PST

As the title says, I am looking for an empire building game but all I can find is heavily pay to win and I am not looking to spend money on it that way. I can buy it. Thats all. So premium games are also ok as long as it doesn't have pay to win mechanism. Thank you for your suggestions.

I'm looking for a game title

    Posted: 11 Jan 2021 05:14 PM PST

I remeber playing a game around 5 years ago, you lived in a colony of survivors in a zombie apocalypse but for some reason you get exiled and to atone for your crimes you have to survive like 2 weeks out in the world. Its a top down game and you control a little character running around shooting zombies and looting buildings to survive the 2 weeks. Whenever you kill zombies they drop orbs in which when the mission is over you use to buy/upgrade your weapons/armor and skills and whenever you do finish the ministry whether it be surviving a horde or killing a number of zombies a little green zone will appear where you can end the mission. I have yet to beat it but I want to try again

I have a few questions as a developer that doesn't play alot of app games

    Posted: 11 Jan 2021 04:04 PM PST

Hello, maybe you can answer this it would be appriciated:

    1. Are the ads of simple games on websites making you try them? Do you usually play this kind of apps? (Example bricks ball crasher)

    2. Would you play a similar game to what you played before with a slight changes where instead of being passive the game would change to being an active game, a game based on luck, such as having to roll dice and then waiting, would change to having a skill based mechanic to control the result, and then get a number?

Sry for long questions, im fairly interested in what people think, thanks

Does Titan quest on android have any fan-ported expansions?

    Posted: 11 Jan 2021 10:25 AM PST

I'm a big fan of the original titan quest on PC and finding out that the game had a mobile port was amazing. It includes the complete original version with slight tweaks and modifications. The thing is I've been seeing a lot of expansions for the game popping up and I was wondering if those were in some shape or form available on android. It's not in the official version but I was hoping to find a modded of fan made port which could have it. The new updates are really interesting if you wanna check it out . It's on steam but the android version consists only of the original 5 or so acts. If you know of any such news or have any similar games based on mythology, dont be shy to let me know.

    Really simple game I made

    Posted: 11 Jan 2021 10:22 AM PST

For fun, I created a simple game for the first time! It is an interactive basketball game where you can try to shoot a basketball into a hoop with accurate timing. Keep hitting shots to stay in the game!

    Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Controllers Recommendations?

    Posted: 11 Jan 2021 09:28 AM PST

Been looking for a Bluetooth controller for a while, maybe you guys can recommend me some decent bluetooth controllers.

I heard that ipega's are really bad but ipega's are the only cheapest one I can find, things like Flydigi Wee2 are quite a bit expensive for me.

I would really prefer those Telescopic one instead of the clip ones because it can get top heavy.

We made a build and fight mechanic game

    Posted: 11 Jan 2021 05:28 AM PST

    Hey everyone!

A few months ago a programmer friend of mine and I (a 3D artist) started working on our first game together.

We both love playing Fortnite and we were pretty disappointed when it was removed from the App Stores. Because of this we decided the first game we'll make together will be a game that helps you train your Fortnite skills (building, shooting etc…). Since we don't have a lot of development power we worked on a version of the game that lets you battle one opponent (not Battle Royale yet) in cool different arenas. Along the way a lot of people took interest in our game so we decided to involve more people by releasing the game on Android and iOS and to try and gather feedback from the community on the game.

We would be really happy if you could check it out and let us know what you think. The game is completely free (no ads or anything like that) and you can get it on the google play store at:

    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.magnifica.mag1v1Battle

    Any feedback is much appreciated!
