Looking for a game like Immortal: Reborn or a good rpg-esque idle game

    Posted: 01 Dec 2020 01:42 PM PST

Hi, I really enjoyed that game and am looking for something like it. For those of you who are unfamiliar, I'm looking for this:

    • RPG, with classes and stuff
    • not a lot of action (fighting in immortal: reborn is idle), moreso about choices etc
    • decent amount of content (i don't mind grinding)
    • online elements aren't necessary

Otherwise, I'd like an rpg-esque idle game, no oil tycoon stuff. I tried Masketeers: Idle has Fallen, and it's very good but (at least at the time) the severe lack of content put me off. Thank you :)

ps. You should check out immortal: reborn if you haven't already, it's very solid.

    Samsung Dex & Controller Gaming!

    Posted: 01 Dec 2020 01:07 PM PST

I'm a heavy mobile user. I bought a Galaxy S20u at launch and I thought I fully appreciated the device.

Then a week ago while googling "how to send video from phone to tv" I came across Samsung Dex which uses an usb-c to hdmi cable. It works GREAT for streaming services and media playback. You navigate the UI using the phone as a touchpad. Its a little bit clunky to maneuver with the stiff cable attached, but still invaluable and it works!

Some apps do not natively run at TV/monitor resolutions, but Dex can force full-screen.

Then I synced my Xbox controller to my phone and fired up Star Wars: The Old Republic. The graphics are booty but it is a console-equivalent experience! The game pad worked without any manual configuration.

What is your favorite game with controller support? A great mouse and keyboard game would be acceptable as I do have a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard.

Are there any gaming subscription services I should consider given my setup? I have not owned a console or a gaming pc since the PS3 generation.

In the recent Google Play Awards, Mihoyo's Genshin Impact has won the Best Game of 2020 award in many countries. In addition to that, it has also been chosen as the User Choice and Best Innovative Game on Google Play Awards. Google Play Team took a close look at quality, user ratings, and unique content and bug reports in order to choose the winner. Cash apps

    Posted: 01 Dec 2020 07:22 PM PST

Are there any apps where you can make money playing like Pocket7Games games? I really like that game and have made a good amount, but I'm soon swapping to a Pixel 4a and don't think they are available on Android.

Anyone know of any that will be like it?

I made a little knife throwing game cause I love throwing knives in real life.

    Posted: 01 Dec 2020 12:19 PM PST

It's a very straightforward 2D physics based skill game, but it's not one of those where you throw knives into a circle (not sure why those are so prominent). It's also different from Flippy Knife in that you have direct physical control over each throw.

I'd love to hear what you guys think! Good or bad, any feedback would be very much appreciated!
Game is called Blades Away. It's free and there's zero ads.

    Recommend a game to me!

    Posted: 01 Dec 2020 12:20 PM PST

I like games that can be played in portrait, preferably one-handed. I loved Subterfuge back in the day, as multiplayer matches would take days to play out. You could check in if you had a free minute, schedule some moves, and then go back to doing your thing. Hades' Star scratches this itch a bit too, but I'm looking for something new.

I also really like Stormbound, but it gets repetitive.

Any fun, non-graphically intensive, portrait-oriented, competitive, beautiful, non-time consuming games out there?

I've been doing Google Opinion Rewards a bunch over the years so I have some credit built up.

    Thanks!
