Posted: 29 Nov 2020 01:51 AM PST So after the latest update on Samsung Galaxy A70 (2020.11.27) I've been having clicking noises when swiping up on navigation panel. In the sound settings everything is turned off except 'charging', my phone is muted and no clicking noise occurs when I switch the navigation to symbols (you know the square the 3 lines etc). I've tried every solution but it seems like none of them works, the clicking noise's volume when I use swiping navigation panel is diverse, sometimes it's qiet sometimes it's louder and sometimes longer or shorter. Any suggestion? [link] [comments]

Block ads in Samsung music and any other samsung apps Posted: 29 Nov 2020 07:47 AM PST Yesterday I saw a post discussing how to block ads in the weather app. While that worked for the weather app but not Samsung Music. If you have Adguard app follow the steps below and it will block all in-app ads in Samsung apps. Open adguard. 1. Go to Settings > DNS filtering. 2. Tap select DNS server > Change it from System default to > Adguard DNS and add the bottom click use this server to save your settings. 3. Reboot your device. Make sure adguard is running and protection is enabled. Now check samsung weather and Samsung music. You will no longer see any ads in the songs list or anywhere else. [link] [comments]
Looking to return a phone I ordered from Samsung.com (Canada) Posted: 29 Nov 2020 07:08 AM PST Can I return the phone to a samsung customer servic centre instead of shipping it back? I live in Toronto, Canada with a samsung customer service centre nearby. I'm not opening the package at all and would prefer to return it in person. [link] [comments]
What's the best USB C cable charger? Posted: 29 Nov 2020 06:53 AM PST I've bought 3 different USB C type chargers recently and they've all broken quickly. What's a good durable cable? [link] [comments]
My galaxy A70 (2018) loudspeaker suddenly stops working Posted: 29 Nov 2020 06:28 AM PST My mums a70 loudspeaker suddenly stops wanting to work. When she plays any type of media, the sound only comes out the top speaker and the lower speaker gives no sound at all. I restart her phone to fix the issue, but the problem keeps persisting. (Eventhough I keep checking up her phone from time to time) Does anyone know what could be the issue, and how to resolve it? [link] [comments]

How can I set up my monitor so both HDMI’s work seamlessly? Posted: 29 Nov 2020 05:32 AM PST I have a monitor with 2 HDMI ports and I'd like to be able to switch between my console and laptop through the flick of a button, but I keep getting a blank screen I then have to restart the monitor and connect the cables again to get it working on either the laptop or console, never on both [link] [comments]
Posted: 29 Nov 2020 05:30 AM PST I bought my galaxy buds plus a week ago and I noticed that the case drains by 1% every hour and by 10% overnight. Is this normal? Does anyone else have this issue and knows a fix to it? [link] [comments]
Do Samsung phones have pixel shifting feature on the entire display? Posted: 29 Nov 2020 05:09 AM PST TLDR: Read the bold part. I want to use my Galaxy Fold as a Pomodoro Timer wherein I would set up a timer of 25 mins and work dedicatedly during that period. I want to keep the Timer (default clock app) on all the time so that I can always glance at the timer without having to touch the phone. Now I am aware of Screen burn in on OLED phones. While the background of the app is true black, certain elements of it arent like the digits of the timer and "Pause" and "Cancel" button, etc. While I also know that the status bar and the navigation bar have the shifting thing, I was wondering if the rest of the display elements have it too? Does OneUI figure out that a particular screen is on the display for an extended period so it should shift the display? I tried finding a FaceWidget in AOD for timer but there wasnt one. I also noticed an interesting thing. While my screen timeout is set to 1 minute, when I am on the timer screen and I leave the screen on in front of me it doesn't go to sleep. It dims down a little more than it would if I were using the phone but it doesnt sleep. and yes I have Smart Stay off. Which means that the software maybe knows that it's being used as a quick glance timer??? [link] [comments]
Ambiant mode turns on automatically Posted: 29 Nov 2020 04:50 AM PST I recently bought a new Q80T, but the ambiant mode is turning on automatically every day between 12.00 and 13.00. I have search through all the settings, but can't find anything to enable or disable this. Any idea how to turn this off? [link] [comments]
Posted: 29 Nov 2020 04:14 AM PST I'm playing through AC Valhalla and can't concentrate due to the TV flickering every few seconds. The VRR doesn't seem to be stabilising and is varying from 120hz to 85hz. Does anyone know a possible solution? [link] [comments]
What background processes are safe to turn off? Posted: 28 Nov 2020 04:48 PM PST I'm using developer mode settings, and I'm looking at my background processes and I'm wondering which ones are safe to turn off, because I can't find jackshit about some of these processes by googling, for example what is "keyguard wallpaper updator" that sounds like malware or something because I'm pretty sure that's not the correct way to spell updater, I was also wondering if it's safe to turn off location services, would that just stop your phone from tracking you, or does it do other important services, those two processes are my main concerns, but if there's any other default or common processes you know are safe to turn off, let me know, thanks [link] [comments]

Why is the S20 Ultra camera SO bad?? Posted: 29 Nov 2020 03:13 AM PST Honestly, for how expensive this phone was I am just so disappointed. The camera is crap. Low light especially is grainy, full of AI guesswork and looks blurred most of the time. But by "low light" I mean anything other than a blazing hot sunny day. Close up is terrible, but not even due to the wider lense. Anyone else incredibly disappointed? [link] [comments]
Poor sound quality using external speakers on monitor Posted: 29 Nov 2020 03:04 AM PST I am using external speakers that are plugged into my monitor for my pc however when listening to music the sound quality goes really poor it seems to get worse when there is more bass in a song. The problem is not with the external speakers as when plugged directly into my pc the sound quality is perfect, does anybody know how i can fix this or do i need to return my monitor? Posted: 28 Nov 2020 01:11 PM PST Is there anyway to share files to and from a MacBook and a Note 20 Ultra wirelessly and quickly?
