Laptop had a WHEA error, reset itself, in the process of booting it turned off, now it wont turn on and charger isnt working Posted: 30 Sep 2020 09:38 AM PDT Laptop is Acer Aspire E5 576g, Windows 10 Its current status is that charger wont charge, theres no charging light, and wont turn on I was doing photoshop with chrome opened and it wasnt too much also since I was just blurring a picture and around 3 tabs on chrome Last 2 weeks I installed RAMs, these were authentic from an authorized resellers listed on kington's site so no problem on rams itself, I checked it reinstalled them and cleaned the slots using compressed air still didnt work The battery is internal, so Ive tried the pin hole thing too even held it down for 1min, didnt work. I opened the compartment of the fan, basically the whole bottom compartment there was not a single thing that I could notice resembling a battery. So i Just cleaned it out still didnt work. Please Help! Posted: 29 Sep 2020 07:48 PM PDT Hello everyone. I have the following desktop setup shown below and have been operating for about 6 months without any issues. However the past couple weeks I will have a problem where my computer will not come out of sleep mode and the screen will remain blank. The computer seems to be responding as the fan will turn on but the login screen will not appear and I will have to reset my computer (sometimes several times) in order to resolve the issue.
