- This has happened before but it was fixed after a hard reset. This is after I've tried a hard reset to fix it, you can see the miui 10 logo but you can also see fastboot which I was in just before. The screen keeps showing things I did before on top of what it's supposed to show.

Posted: 22 Jun 2020 09:05 PM PDT I have an Redmi Note 8 Pro and as per the title, when I bought the phone for the first 2 days that thing was destroying my battery within 10 hours, now it started again, devouring my battery in under 2 days with minimal usage when I usually last 4-5 days on a charge with actual phone usage. Why is Xiaomi so secretive about many things is beyond me, it's like they don't want further money in the future. They give us MIUI12 with useless new "improvements" while most phones are still lacking a RAW file option for the camera and useless battery usage information stats. Pull your s**t together Xiaomi. Disappears after rebooting the phone but in a few minutes it pops back up. It's stopping me from using the speaker but calling using a speaker and alarms works fine.
