Hey everyone I just built my first PC (windows 10) last weekend and recently my mouse has been very laggy as if it's skipping, and scrolling is laggy as well. I thought it was my mouse finally dying (razer naga) so i bought a new mouse (Logitech G Hero) but Its doing it with this one too. It's weird because I'll restart my computer and it will be smooth for a while before it starts to lag again. In these sequences I experience mouse jumping (as if delayed by seconds), scrolling is laggy, and some things are unresponsive. (Last night my windows button on the bottom left corner wouldn't open after clicking it)

The other day it was lagging per usual and i restarted my computer, then it didn't lag nearly as much for the rest of the night. When I got home yesterday and turned it on, it was lagging like crazy so I restarted it and it stopped lagging again. I performed a lot of functions to fix errors in my event viewer so I think that improved it a bit, as well as turning on DOCP and upping my RAM speed in BIOS. I ran another benchmark today since doing everything, and it's performing better, but my SSD speeds are still really low. I performed all of the recommendations on the benchmark website as well. I am going to attach the most recent benchmark.

I can't tell what kind of issue it is at this point. I have tried troubleshooting so many things which improved performance, but hasn't fixed the main problem.My network adapter drops connection every now and then too, so I ordered a long Ethernet to run to my router.

These are my benchmarks if that helps. It says my drive and CPU are performing below expectations... (and Latency seems to be an issue with RAM but I'm not sure what to do about it)

Not sure if this is a problem but every now and then while playing a game I'll get sound lag where it makes a stuttering noise for about 1-2 seconds

Hi all,

I've recently enabled FreeSync on my G-Sync compatible monitor (Viewsonic XG2402), and it seems to have broken... lots of things.

My framerate is usually 144fps in Rocket League and Modern Warfare, but even with V-Sync disabled (while G-Sync is enabled), I'm capped at 96fps, but only in borderless fullscreen/exclusivefullscreen - Windowed is fine.

Even weirder, if I disable Freesync on my monitor and G-Sync in my Nvidia Control Panel, then enable V-Sync, that caps me to 96fps too - Again only in borderless fullscreen/exclusive fullscreen.

Does anyone have any tips on what I might be able to do? I've tried a complete reinstall of my graphics drivers, but I'm still capped at 96fps if I turn G-Sync off and V-Sync on, which never used to happen before I enabled G-Sync.

D Drive keeps disappearing

This happened before a few times but never this much. I just wiped my laptop and was reinstalling some games when my D drive disappeared from the file manager. I restarted the laptop and it came back but soon, disappeared again. This just keeps happening. I even disconnected and reconnected the physical drive but it didn't do anything. Plz help

So, I've been struggling with this for months now, and today, it finally gave up on me. Now when I connect, my mac just says "connected but not charging".

The Magsafe 2 charger has been overheating like crazy (imagine scalding hot)

It doesn't charge when connected unless I shimmy (twist it clockwise and anti-clockwise) the connector around. The led only turns on if it's in a very specific position with the charging port.

The pins on the connector are okay. The pins on either side of the charging port on my laptop are blackened. The paint (I, guess) inside the port has scraped off quite a bit, I'm not sure if that has anything to do with my troubles.

I've tried cleaning the port and the connector with alcohol.

I've bought new chargers.

I've never had my laptop opened and cleaned (in 6 years) could that be a factor?

Nothing seems to work.

hey guys im trying to bios flash but the bios i downloaded onto my usb doesnt show up when i try to flash them just the dir file i changed my usb to FAT32 its a 32gb usb any ideas ive tried everything it feel likes

also when i tried to install my ryzen 5 3600x it wont post so im assuming its something with the bios.

b450m bazooka v2 msi is my mobo

edit: i only see the directory not the file itself
